Short stay

Enjoyed the stay! We had a good time golfing in the area. House was nice and it was perfect for our stay in the area. One thing I would recommend is that the tvs are check each time before the property is rented. Only 2 of the televisions worked as they should. The one in the den worked erratically.

Almost Checked Out Early But the Resort was Booked

First I want to say the host was very nice. She was responsive to any requests I had. When I initially Googled the address the home came up different from the description. Then she sent another posting from VRBO competitor and when we arrived the home was as described. I enjoyed our offline conversation, again she was a pleasure to speak with! HOWEVER, staying at her home made me wish I booked our stay at a resort versus a vacation home. I have a phobia of bugs and we (my kids not me) were constantly killing HUGE water bugs, cockroaches, and other smaller bugs! Although the host assured me she had no infestation, I literally almost packed my family up and left. My daughter ended up sleeping with me because there was a bug in her bed. I sent the host multiple pictures and videos. We ate out the entire stay versus cooking. We purchased our own bug spray to keep me calm. The hotel I wanted didn’t have room to accommodate us, otherwise I would have left. I REALLY wanted to like my stay but I just couldn’t leave a positive review.

Why they chose this property

This is a quaint neighborhood with Tennis Courts, A Basketball Court, Mile Walking Trail and Disc Golf all right around the corner from the rental. Less than a mile away is Winn Dixie, Ross and several other shops. Downtown FWB offers restaurants, bars, boutiques, Axe Throwing and Local Concerts.

What makes this property unique

This rental is unique due to its location. You are seconds from the park featuring tennis, basketball, disc golf, mile walking trail and can rent a golf cart to enjoy Uptown Station featuring a grocery store, shopping and dining as well as access the Downtown FWB area that includes more restaurants, bars, axe throwing, nightlife and live concerts in the summer.
