A queen guest room shares a bathroom with the bunk room, which can accommodate up to four with a twin over twin bunk bed. Kids will love having their own space! And mom and dad will rest well in the cozy, king-size bed in the primary suite. The primary bath offers a large, soaking tub and a walk-in shower, while a private balcony offers wicker seating in a breezy outdoor space. Bonus: A sleeper sofa in the living room offer extra space for guests.

AMENITIES: At South, enjoy resort-style amenities such as the Cabana Pool with infinity edge; the new Splish Splash Family Pool; Tailwind Park, Coastline Fire Lounge and other parks; serene lakes and ponds; a community pier; overlook pavilions, pickleball courts, basketball courts, and a playscape. Shore Magic is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Shore Magic the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
