A cozy fire pit with comfortable outdoor furniture. The glass shower will feel like a spa. You'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. If you're seeking a peaceful retreat or hiking this rental in Nashville has it all. Apartment on the back of a house with full privacy & no other guests.

No pets and let us know about additional guests over 3 people. Please arrive prior to 8pm for your stay. Rural Environment located in the woods. We do routine bug & pest control for the woods. However, you may encounter seasonal pests.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave all bedding. Hang wet towels. Place trash in the trash can under the stairs. Near blue door. Check out is before 10:45 for cleaning.
Please do not urinate off the deck or near the house. We understand it's the woods but use our restroom.
No guns, fireworks or other items of these kind.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Send a pic of ID to checkin. Check out on time. Pets have a $300 fine if we didn't speak about it.
No hunting on the land or near the rental. No weapons inside of the rental. Please keep them in your vehicle. No drugs or illegal substances.
No day guests or additional guests not included in reservation. We will charge additional fees or ask you to leave. Please no shoes inside the house.
