Our cabins are located in the beautiful woods and countryside of Brown County, Indiana. While we provide routine professional pest control and keep our homes clean and well-maintained, guests may occasionally see seasonal pests such as mice, flies, lady beetles (Asian beetles), or stink bugs — especially in the fall and spring.

These harmless insects are part of life in a rural setting. We do everything possible to minimize their presence and appreciate your understanding as part of the authentic Brown County experience!

PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: There is a $75 fee per pet. Moondance Vacation Homes proudly donates a portion to the Brown County Humane Society when you bring your pet and pay your pet fee.

ALL EVENTS, DAY GUESTS, AND PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.
Effective July 1, 2025 the county has raised the innkeepers tax from 5% to 8%.

Our little dog was very comfortable in the house. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed throughout our stay. However, we were not happy that the living room and kitchen window coverings were transulent.

My partner and our 3 dogs stayed at Printers Lane Place for 5 days and it was the perfect hideaway cottage that was also walkable to everything! The parking spot is right in front and it's on a back road but central to every kind of cafe you could want! We loved that small yard where our dogs could potty or play, the sunny rooms, the lovely appliances (including a dishwasher), and the peacefulness. It was also decorated in a lovely way! This little cottage (which felt spacious) and had everything we needed. Also, it was spotless! What a treat! The company that manages this property, Moondance Vacation Homes did a lovely job of reaching out and they were so easy to work with! We will definitely plan to stay here again.

Very pleased with the convenient location and the quietness. The kitchen was well furnished. The thermostat was easy to adjust. Looking for an earring, I noticed the floors needed to be swept under the furniture. There were cob webs in a few of the ceiling corners. I don’t mean to be picky, but I thought you would want an honest review. We would definitely stay there again or at one of your other properties.

We loved this little house. The location was perfect. Right in the middle of the shoping and dining area but yet very quiet. The house was cute and clean. My only concern was that the living room seating and the mattresses could have been more comfortable. But other than that it was a good rentalEverything you need was provided.The host was easy to reach and fast to respond.

Great getaway

My husband, fur baby, and I needed a little getaway close to home (Northern Kentucky) and this was the perfect place. House was in walking distance to everything! House was clean and yard was perfect for the dog. Only negative was almost everything was closed for the season. We didn’t let that stop us from amazing hikes at Brown County park in the snow! We will definitely be back in the warmer weather.

Perfect Location!

Perfect place to stay in Nashville. We were so close to all of the shops and Christmas Market. The parade last night was also just a few steps away. Everything was very clean and looked exactly like the picture. If we are ever in the area again, we will be back :)

Great Location

Had a great stay. The location was perfect for enjoying Nashville and the surrounding Brown County. Property was clean and as described. Liked the private fenced in patio area. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Great place

Very clean and comfortable, outfitted with everything you need, and right off the main strip in Nashville. Our second time staying at this home and it was wonderful. Our dogs enjoyed the fenced yard - will definitely stay here again next time we visit Nashville.
