Manuia (mah-nwee-ah) means Cheers in Tahitian and we hope that energy surrounds your stay! Only 5 blocks away from the sun-soaked shore and just one block from a walking path leading directly to the boardwalk, this coastal retreat is perfect for families and large groups looking for a beautiful space for an idyllic getaway if fun and relaxation.

Nestled in the charming coastal community of Carolina Beach, our beach house enjoys a prime location with convenient access to the sandy shores and the vibrant boardwalk. You'll find yourself just 2 blocks away from a small market, making it easy to stock up on essentials. Moreover, our beach house is within walking distance to an array of restaurant and bar locations, offering endless dining and entertainment options.

Be one of the first to experience the luxury of our newly built beach house. The large sectional couch and seating area in the living room provide ample space for everyone to gather comfortably. Stay entertained with Smart TVs and stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi. For your convenience, the beach house includes a 2-car garage and a driveway, offering plenty of free parking. We provide 2 bikes to be used to go to the beach. We also provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels.

Kitchen and Laundry
The modern and fully-equipped chef’s kitchen with granite countertops and a gas stove is perfect for preparing delicious meals and beach picnics. And to make your stay even more comfortable, we provide a washer and dryer, so you can conveniently do your laundry during your vacation.

Outdoor Living
Step outside to our private oasis, where you can unwind in tranquility. The screened-in porch provides a perfect spot to enjoy the coastal breeze without any pesky insects. The large yard on the corner lot is ideal for outdoor activities and play.

Accommodation
With 3 bedrooms, our beach house comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests. Retreat to one of the two king bedrooms or the third bedroom with two queen beds for a restful night's sleep. There's also a daybed in the master bedroom that can be converted as a cozy twin bed, perfect for accommodating extra guests or children.

Enjoy the convenience of two full bathrooms, ensuring that everyone has ample space to freshen up after a day at the beach. The master bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom with an attached dual sink vanity and a spacious walk-in shower, providing a touch of luxury to your stay.
