The space
Vila Castillo is truly one of a kind ; A must see! There is no other villa like this one in the area. It offers high-end accommodations. All furniture custom built with precious woods. This is not your typical rental. This is a home away from home.

The Villa consist of a spacious and open grand living room with smart TV (with streaming applications) and sound bar, modern digital remote ceiling fan, vaulted ceilings with adjustable lights, large sofa that can accommodate more than 8 people plus two comfortable arm sofas and two additional stools. Fully equipped kitchen with Stainless steel appliances, panini press, toaster/air fryer oven, blender, expresso machine, smoothie machine, extra bar stools at the kitchen island. The beautiful extra large dining table for 8 people with extra room for additional seats and an extra seating bench. And of course a wine/coffee bar. The dining room opens with wall to wall sliding glass doors to the beautiful covered terrace, where you will find modern and comfortable living outdoor sofa set with a coffee table, 2 additional tables, extra pool bean bags, chairs and 2 chaise loungers with side tables for cocktails, umbrellas and Weber BBQ natural gas grill and of course your own private pool.

The villa consist of 3 bedrooms, two identical rooms, each with a Queen bed with a twin bunk bed above, double pillow top premium mattresses, dresser, night stands and wall to wall cedar closets. The large master bedroom with a custom built King bed with double pillow top mattress, night stands, dresser/vanity, floor mirror, walk in closet and master bathroom. There is a second bathroom to be shared by bedroom 1 and 2.

Because of the open design and it's proximity to the ocean, you will appreciate it's natural ventilation, however, all bedrooms have air conditioning and the living room and terrace are equipped with ceiling fans as well as a portable fan.

As experienced travelers we tried to equipped the house with everything that guest may need in a home away from home. Please do not hesitate to let us know if there is anything that we missed.
Guest access
Guest have access to the entire villa and it's gardens and private pool as well as the complex common areas and playground.
Other things to note
Included: Free WIFI, cable, TV, daily housekeeping Monday to Saturday. pool maintenance twice a week and landscaping. Complex security 24/7.
