Outstanding Vacation

While the resort is beautiful and wonderfully maintained, the interior of the villa needs some updating as far as it's furnishings, especially the kitchen. The pool and exterior appearance and landscaping are very well maintained. Restaurants and beaches are top notch with super food and service.

Stay was perfect

Aside from a few flight hiccups, our trip was absolutely perfect. The villa was stunning and ideally located, just a short 5-10 minute walk from most restaurants and beaches, some were a little farther but not too bad. And though they provided us with a golf cart, we decided to walk everywhere instead, especially given how much we ate each day. The service was exceptional—truly couldn’t have asked for a better vacation!

Amazing stay

The villa was amazing, there was a huge mango tree in the backyard needless to say we enjoyed have fresh mangoes. The view of the mountain in the distance was spectacular we could have just stayed at the villa and would have been satisfied. We were spoiled by have our private chef prepare breakfast every day! We were blown away by the private barbecue we received! This visit more than exceeded our expectations. I can’t wait to come again!

Family Vacation

I’ve been to this Resort last year, and knew right away I wanted to bring my immediate family, we just had a few hiccups, some confusion were to check in. Our golf cart broke down a few times, they kept telling us there was none available, finally got a new one which made us happy. Our family loved it here, want to go back

Everything was perfect from day one, the villa was wonderfull, having our own pool was really nice, and it felt so luxurious having our own chef cook breakfast every day. We had a golf cart that we used on occation but we ended up walking mostly. The food at the resturatnts was excellent (when we arrived they had reservations made for us in advance for each night at a different resturant), the gold bracelets we were given gave us access to almost everything the VIP pool was fun when we were not at our own pool, NV beach and Lifestyles beach were our favorite beaches and Anjas was our favorite spot for lunch. Pre trip communication with our host was exceptional. While at the villa the staff were all very attentive and always made sure to do everything to make our trip amazing.

21st Birthday Turn Up/ Mother Daughter Trip

Our Experience was Awesome and we are ready to book again! John Wells and his staff was very responsive and informative leading up to our arrival. We arrived at the resort after 6:30, our VIP Check in was smooth. Our VIP Concierge were very helpful. Our private Chef had breakfast ready by 9AM every morning. All the staff we encounter on the resort were very pleasant! VIP BEACH was very beautiful and where we spent a lot of our time. The food at VIP Gourmet and Indochine were delicious. Cons: Language barrier(I know there is an APP to help with translation) sometimes communication was unclear and we had to do some running back in forth, the bed was a little uncomfortable(too hard), and the drink menu at the restaurant and bars could provide more options, thank goodness we had liquor in the villa to make our own drinks

Our stay at lifestyle vacation

The rental process was smooth and great. When we got to the resort the checking process was quick. But we couldn't get our golf cart, we couldn't get our appointment for the covid test. We had to literally beg the lady the next morning to take us. The villa was beautiful. Only complaint was someone kept stealing our beer out the fridge, the shower water upstairs was cold, the shower and faucet was broken, not all the lights around the pool worked. The ridizio restaurant was horrible and that was one of the guest birthday dinner so it was jruined, the Bellini restaurant was okay. The exursion: horseback riding loved it, ocean world loved it. The drinks loved it. I will always go all inclusive after this experience.

The location is beautiful, the pictures and description do not match the actual villa. We enjoyed our stay but the expectations did not match the description. The downfalls: We had to ask about getting drinks for three days, there is a leak in the bathroom so when it rains there’s water all over the floor, we had no hot water during our 3 day stay after asking each day( we had a double reservation 3 days with vrbo extended from a week with our timeshare.) After the initial 3 days things got better but we were no longer VIP at this point. Things we liked: The weather and nature is beautiful, we had an amazing housekeeper who cooked us our breakfast in our villa each morning, restaurants make delicious meals, tropical drinks, we saw some amazing waterfalls, went snorkeling, and went to ocean world next store- all of which made our trip. The resort has many activities to keep you busy. It is an amazing vacation

Great communication with property owner-highlight

Where do I start
.lets start with the PRO’s*Communication with property management was terrific. All questions were answered and expectations given.*The villa was stunning, private pool was clean and adored by all.*The maid was friendly and made our villa sparkle.*The beach was beautiful and the cabanas were our favorite hang out. CON’s*check in was horrible. We were sent back and forth to different locations on the property and did not get a golf cart for several hours. *3 min into driving the golf cart it popped a tire and as a result we were without a golf cart for 2 days and missed our dinner reservations because the shuttle didn’t pick us up for 45 min. *The toilet in one of the rooms quit functioning in day 2 and it took 3 days to get it fixed. * air conditioning quit working in one of the rooms and it took 4 days to get working properly so my friend was sleeping in 84 * We had the “in villa” BBQ, which was enough food for an army! It was great until the middle of the night when we all got sick with food poisoning. The only one in our group not sick was the vegan

Not what we expected

I will start by saying the host was very responsive. The property is a little run down. If you are expecting the house in the listing photos, you will be disappointed, as that is not the place you will be assigned. When we arrived we were assigned a golf cart that kept backfiring- after a while trying to persuade the real estate office we were assigned another golf cart which broke down twice causing us to miss our dinner reservation. We also had a non working pool at the villa which ultimately resulted in getting our villa switched but it took a day and a half to resolve all our issues. Nobody in the real estate office seemed to care about any of our issues nor value our time. We also paid for the spa which was great other than one spa had an out of service hot tub and the other had a broken sauna. Now for the good- The Deja View beach was fantastic and the servers were very attentive. The food and drinks at Deja View aren't available at all the other beaches so it made it worth our upgrade to the blue bands. We also enjoyed the Vienna Coffee House. The staff at the villa (pool cleaner, grounds keeper, maid, and chef) were very friendly. All in all we had a good time but feel like we lost a whole day dealing with issues we should not have had during our "luxury" vacation.

Great family experience and awesome host

Our host was VERY responsive to our inquiries. The on-site staff were professional and courteous. The restaurants and other entities were top-notch. We had access to golf carts, but the resort was very walkable for our late 20's young 30 year old children.
