The space
The house is big, modern and super comfortable. It features newer appliances, and all the amenities you need to feel right at home. The large living room is perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing or watching the big game on the 65” smart TV with family and friends, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals and dine together at the large dining room table (expandable leaf available).

The pool table is an unexpected bonus that makes hanging out at “home” a fun option and the large rooftop desk is the icing on the cake. Relax and enjoy time with your family and friends sipping on coffee in the morning or watching the sun set and listening the neighborhood walk by.

The bedrooms are spacious and feature, super-comfortable plush mattresses and high-quality linens, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathrooms are modern and clean, with plenty of towels and toiletries provided.

Bedroom 1: Located on the 2nd floor, this large room features a king bed, a 50” smart TV, 2 cordless charging bedside lamps, dresser, spacious closet, high ceilings and tons of natural sunlight. Located right next to the bunk room, perfect for a family set up!

Bedroom 2: Also located on the 2nd floor, this bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen bed on the bottom and a twin XL on top and drawer storage. Perfect for teens and kids!

The door to the roof deck is through this bedroom, but don't worry, there is a high enough lock if you have children sleeping in this room, they won't be able to open the door.

Bedroom 3: Located in the basement of the home, this modern, private space has a king bed, 2 cordless charging bedside lamps, drawer storage and an ensuite full bathroom (1 of 2 full bathrooms).

The full bathroom is located on the 2nd floor and has a soaking tub, spacious walk-in corner shower (big enough to share) and a large vanity.

There is a large closet at the top of the stairs for clothing storage for the 2 upstairs bedrooms.
Washer and Dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets provided is located in the basement.

Other things to note
-Smoking is not permitted inside or outside, or by any guest, at any time.
-No parties, smoking/vaping or unauthorized guests
-We allow dogs but do have breed and size restrictions. Please message us for more details before booking. There is a $250 pet fee
-There are exterior security cameras at the front door and on the roof deck
-Quiet Hours on the deck from 10pm to 8am
-This home does not come with parking, if driving you must read all posted signage carefully as neighborhood streets have restrictions
-Never leave children unattended on the roof deck
