The home was exactly as described. It was clean and spacious. The street was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Parking waa a challenge but the host did make us aware prior to arrival. I would definitely recommend.

The house and rooms were clean. It was quiet and comfortable. We had a hard time finding it at first because the email direction link had the right street but to wrong number. The parking situation was challenging. This is a major issue in the residential areas in Philly. We had to park a few blocks away.

We had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The space was well maintained and thoughtfully set up, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The location was convenient and quiet, perfect for unwinding while still being close to everything we needed. Chose this listing based on proximity to Citizens Bank Park, as the Phillies were the purpose of the trip. Would not personally stay again due to issues with parking and overall vibe of the neighborhood.

It is street parking, first come first serve. As such, we cannot guarantee parking for guests. It's a quiet family residential neighborhood.
