Large and spectacular 6-bedroom luxury family villa “Le Mas Rose” with swimming pool, sun patios and high dining terrace, set in its own private gated grounds in L’Ara - a prime location very near the centre of Vence (only a short 5 minute walk away from all the local shops, restaurants and amenities - no need to drive). Large secure parking area within gated compound. Fully fenced large private pool with sun loungers, outdoor lounge area and BBQ. Large open plan upstairs Salon with master kitchen, amazing views and terrace with Master Suite, with 5 downstairs bedrooms (2 further master bedrooms en suite, plus 2 x twin and 1 x single) with separate downstairs kitchen, all recently refurbished and interior designed for exquisite family holiday experience.

Our stay in beautiful Vence

The property surpassed our expectations. We were a party of 8 and found the property plenty spacious, especially the pool/garden area. It's proximity to the main bus stop made trips to Monaco, Nice and Antibes pretty straightforward.

Superb riviera base for our family

This property was absolutely ideal for exploring the riviera and surrounds. The kitchen well equipped, fantastic spacious living area, wonderful views and the garden was delightful. The location of the Villa is even better than expected - just a few minutes walk to the centre of Vence, perfect for an evening stroll, and the Vence market for supplies. We so enjoyed our 4 weeks here and would love to come again.

We have just returned from our family holiday, 3 generations and everyone loved the villa. It has every amenity you can think of and the 4 children loved the pool. The location is brilliant and only a 10 minute walk into Vence. I would rate the villa at 5 stars the only issue was the rudeness of the caretaker Erika. Our flight was delayed, we had an issue with the car hire place so on phoning her to confirm we were on our way I was told she had been waiting at the villa for us for over an hour and it was unacceptable and she had to leave and would come back! We were even later as she had provided the incorrect address via email for the property. On leaving the property the check out guidance was to leave the villa at 11am, on messaging her to ask where to leave the keys she replied by saying she had text us the day before asking what time we were leaving and as we hadnt replied (the message genuinely had not been seen as the signal was poor) she would not be coming to the villa and she was reporting our behaviour to the owner!!!But apart from this I would recommend the villa to anyone, absolutely stunning

Det var en fornøjelse at bo i Phins hus.Alt var bare i orden.Huset havde det hele, intet manglede.Da vi kom 11 personer, blev vi modtaget af Erika.Hun viste os hele huset og svarede beredvilligt på alle spørgsmål.Huset ligger perfekt i forhold til Vence centrum og diverse butikker.Vi havde en fantastisk ferie og kan i den grad anbefale Phins hus for alle som vil have en god og positiv ferie i Vence.

We are an English family from Nottinghamshire, and we first started visiting Vence as teenagers for our family summer holidays 30 years ago. We fell in love with the area and continue to have fabulous times in Vence and its surrounding area. Both my own UK family and my sister’s US family have been coming back to Vence every year since, for winter skiing and summer sun with our own children. We would love to share the villa experience with other families visiting the Côte d’Azur.

Our villa is in a fantastic central location, just a short 5 minute walk into Vence centre for shopping, dining and all the local amenities (note: most other villas will require a car to visit, but from Le Mas Rose everything is very close and can be reached by foot, including the local bus station (a 2 minute walk away) opening up access to the whole area.

Le Mas Rose is in Vence’s up-market L'Ara district, a quiet residential neighbourhood, and is private and secure with locked gates, high hedges and with large grounds.

Stunning views from the large upstairs Salon over the rooftops of the Var and the mountain ranges around Vence, along with views all the way down to the sea on a clear day.

With a mix of traditional and modern, there really is something for everyone in Vence. The town host an amazing array of events from Fetes du Paques, to the Night Markets and Nuits du Sud. There are so many things to do and see - from beaches to shopping, art exhibitions to walking and broccantes to fine dining.

Perhaps the best thing about our villa in Vence is that everything is on your doorstep and just a short walk away!

Le Mas Rose is a wonderful haven for a family holiday. It is situated in a quiet residential area, but it is so close to the town offering the best of both worlds. The house is a mix of old and new, with a stunning open plan living / dining space overlooking the mature gardens and pool area.

The gated pool area and garden are accessible from the downstairs bedrooms. The house boasts two kitchens: one upstairs and one downstairs, allowing easy catering by the pool. A BBQ allows for outdoor cooking.

With four double bedrooms, all ensuite, two twin bedrooms (one with a shower/basin) and a single bedroom, the house offers accommodation for 11 people, with cots available on request.

The house has parking for up to 4 cars on its gated driveway.
