Great location. Unit is fine but old Tuskin wall colors. Could use updating by painting. Lighting of unit is less then desired. Overall still a 9 out of 10

The condo is not as described. NOT NEWLY UPDATED !! Old beds, old furniture, old carpeting, bath tube shower poorly drained, the condo hasn’t been updated since it was constructed from the 80’s. I complained to the host day 1. The host didn’t help! At check out I was being charged erroneously and scammed to pay additional money.Terrible experience!! Don’t rent !!

Third Street South has been a hub of fashion and entertainment since the 1930s and has maintained a unique charm that you cannot find in modern shopping developments.
