Esta casa tradicional de estilo cicládico se encuentra en una increíble posición panorámica dentro de un complejo privado de tres propiedades encaramadas cuesta arriba desde la famosa playa de Marcelo (a 1 km) y está a solo 3 km del puerto de Parikia. La casa tiene acceso a una terraza privada que ofrece bebidas y restaurantes con vistas panorámicas al mar Egeo y al aire libre. Hay mucho espacio para tomar el sol y relajarse junto a la gran piscina compartida. Todas las áreas del complejo, como el área de barbacoa, el área de comedor junto a la piscina, etc., son accesibles y gratuitas para uso común.
Esta casa está construida en tres niveles y consta de tres dormitorios, dos baños dobles, dos salas de estar y una cocina totalmente equipada.
Desde la entrada del nivel del suelo superior se accede a la sala de estar, la cocina y el primer baño. El nivel del suelo superior tiene acceso a la terraza con una gran vista al mar abierto y la piscina.
El nivel medio del suelo tiene un dormitorio con cama doble y acceso directo a la zona de la piscina. También tiene un segundo baño.
La planta baja tiene dos dormitorios, uno con cama de matrimonio y otro con dos camas individuales.
La casa está totalmente equipada. Se proporcionan sábanas y toallas limpias (para uso interno, no para la piscina o la playa).

Paros paradise

What a beautiful villa. Kosta was a wonderful host. He shared great restaurant and beach recommendations which were excellent for us. The villa is exactly like the pictures. Clean and well maintained. The pool was wonderful with a lovely view. Paros is a fantastic island - we rented a car and loved our 5 days. We were very sad to leave. A 10/10!

Wonderful stay in Paros!

Kostas was a wonderful host. He provided detailed check in instructions and do many great recommendations for restaurants and activities. The property was exactly as expected, but the views were even more spectacular than the photos from the listing. The pool is amazing. We were welcomed with groceries in the refrigerator to get us started. The patio provides an exceptional location to view the sunset. The location is convenient to everything. I wish we could give 10 stars instead of five!

Wonderful Place to Stay

Kostas and his family were excellent for us during our trip. The house was clean and wonderful, had excellent views, and the shared pool was good. If you are staying in Paros, whether for one day, a week, or longer, I highly recommend this place.

Hidden gem!

Loved Paros and glad we stayed at this place! Everything was perfect! You definitely need a car if you plan on staying here. You can't beat the views and it's a great place to relax. Hospitality was fantastic. I would definitely recommend it and we would definitely stay there again!

There is an easy parking space for the car you need. We had a rainy day and stayed in the house all day quite happily since we needed a break and my husband was sick. Sunsets over the pool are beautiful. The restaurants in town near the ferry area are great. The communication was fabulous. Wish we could have gone to more places and hung at the pool more. 3 days (since one was a washout) was not enough We had one issue with a door lock and Vagalis was there within 10 minutes to fix it. We had grown ups on the twin beds and they were pretty hard mattresses. But the rest of the beds were great

A beautiful property and welcoming stay

Both Kostas and his cousin (on-site property manager) went above and beyond to make our stay easy and comfortable. The home is picture perfect, beautiful, comfortable, and the kitchen is exceptionally well equipped for cooking (if you so chose!) The pool and patio are as advertised! Such a stunning property and we cannot wait to return.

Amazing place in Paros

We had an amazing vacation and wonderful stay at Kostas’ villa ! Everything exceeded our expectations and we could only have positive words and comments about our stay, the place, the hospitality, the cleanliness, the decoration and the view. The fridge full of supplies is a +++++. I would definately recommand thiese villas in Paros!

Welcome to Paradise

If you ever want to go to Paros - and you should - stay at Kosta’s beautiful villas. We were a group of 4 adults and stayed for 1 week in July. This place is paradise! The pool, the villa, Kosta’s hospital and the location are unbeatable. We went on to Santorini and Crete and had a lovely time there too however the week in Paros at Kosta’s villa was definitely the highlight!

Beautiful View

The owner of the property contacted me ahead of our stay and let me know that if we arrived early, we would be able to get into the property. He also gave me all the information I needed to know about the property. On the day of our arrival, the property owner’s cousin, who owns the property next-door, met us and showed us through our unit and explained everything we needed to know. He also provided us with information about beaches to visit and restaurants to go to. He even made us a reservation for a restaurant that evening.The property is absolutely beautiful. The view of the ocean is stunning. We were fortunate that there were no guests in the adjoining units so we had the property all to ourselves. The owner of the unit was very accommodating and could not have been nicer. I highly recommend this property. It would be a wonderful place to come with extended family or friends and rent all of the available units.

Beautiful, peaceful getaway on Paros!

This property exceeded our expectations! Not only was the space perfectly equipped for a group of 6, the property itself was a wondeful fit for a quiet, peaceful Greek island getaway. The inside was sparkling clean while the beautiful outdoor space offered a tranquil outdoor living experience during our stay. Kostas (the host) was so welcoming and accommodating offerring dining, transportation, and activity suggestions and was readily available when we needed anything. Staying here was our favorite part of our 11 day Greek holday and we wished we would have stayed longer.

Paros home perfections

Beautiful home, warm, clean, and stunning views. Our host was the perfect combination of friendly and greek charm, but also gave us our personal space. The pictures actually dont do enough justice to the property and it should be known that this is one of the most relaxing and peaceful places i have stayed. Perfect authentic greek island feel to it all ! thank you thank you!

Omg I don’t know where to start. Location is only few min drive from town and it is set up on a hill so that you have an incredible view while sitting at the pool. The home is so amazing and comfortable. The host is incredibly helpful and so kind and generous. As well as the family neighbours. I would return.

Beautiful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property on Paros! The accommodations are spacious, clean, and comfortable (just as lovely as pictured). We stayed there with our boys, ages 12 and 13, and they especially loved cooling off In the gorgeous large pool. The ocean views are spectacular. Kostas, the owner, was extremely welcoming and helpful. He provided us with a list of recommendations for restaurants, amenities, and activities on the island. We appreciated the well-stocked fridge with eggs, bread, fruit, and everything we needed for breakfast. We would highly recommend this beautiful spot!

We were over the top happy with our stay in your home. You were the perfect host greeting us with starter groceries in the fridge and staples in the cupboard. The house was perfect and wonderful- the 5 of us. Finding the house was a little tricky but with a call we were met at our location and directed to the door. Thank you for that. Our neighbors were friendly and we felt very safe. The view and the pool was spectacular. Thank you so much - we certainly did make the right choice.

Isla Summer Villa in Paros, the highlight of our trip to Greece!

The villa is a dream, we absolutely loved it. It's a beautiful property, clean, comfortable and charming. We were greeted by Vangelis, the owners cousin. He gave us tons of information and was lovely. The fridge was stocked with bread, jam, cold cuts, water and wine which was greatly appreciated. While this is a complex of 3 property's we had the place to ourselves which was so nice as this was the beginning of our vacation and we wanted to decompress. The pool was perfect and we had a stunning views of the ocean and the town of Parika. We would return in a heartbeat.

Lovely time in Paros

The property is in a beautiful setting with an unobstructed view of the sea. The home is clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. We were met at the port by the cousin of the owner. She kindly guided us to the property and made sure we were settled in. The refrigerator was stocked with many items....bread, cheese, ham, fresh fruit, honey, wine, water, etc. The communication with both the owner and cousin was excellent. They were always very responsive and helpful. The owner provided recommendations for outings during our stay in Paros. Paros was definitely a highlight of our time in Greece due to the owner's warm hospitality!

A Little Slice of Heaven

Our group of 5, two couples and an 18 year old, were looking for a comfortable spot with a pool on Paros. We could not have been more delighted with our decision to stay at this lovely property. One of the best parts was the communication from the host, Kostas. He provided detailed driving instructions to ensure that we found this oasis in the mountains above the Paros port. He welcomed us upon arrival and provided a detailed tour of the property. The pool area, featuring the breathtaking views, had numerous lounge chairs and beds, enough for anyone wanting to enjoy the pool. This spot is very close to the port, and we easily traveled to other areas of the island. Kostas provided recommendations of places to visit and eat. We did have a delightful lunch at Christiana and would highly recommend it for a delicious meal on the patio perched just above the sea (Kostas recommendation). Thank you to Kostas for providing such a wonderful place to stay on Paros - we hope to come back and enjoy your lovely home and warm hospitality!

Relaxation with an incredible view

We really appreciated the warm and genuine welcome from Julia upon our arrival at this beautiful villa. There was lots of room for our group of 6, and we were extremely comfortable. The pool was enjoyed by all! Our host recommended and secured us a reservation at Tsahpinis, where we had a wonderful meal right beside the harbour and fishing boats, where we got to watch the sunset. We booked windsurfing lessons for some of our group, while others enjoyed a morning horseback ride thru the surf. We really appreciated the stocked fridge upon our arrival, so it wasn't necessary to purchase groceries our first night. The boys (ages 10 and 13) particularly asked me to mention the cat! He was given the name Leroy by the boys, and had to be one of the gentlest, most affectionate cats we have encountered! They hope he continues to to stay in the area and delight future guests. Thank you for everything, Kostas, we truly enjoyed our stay! Greece has been marvellous!

Paradise!

This place is amazing! We loved staying here! First and foremost Konstantinos is an incredible host. Communication with him was very easy with quick and detailed responses leading up to our stay. He greeted us upon arrival and checked in with us periodically to make sure everything was ok. If we needed something he was quick to help us out. Our house was awesome. We all had plenty of space. Three bedrooms for my wife and I, and each of my two teenage sons to spread out if we needed. Kitchen was perfect for our needs (we did cook dinner a couple of nights). Konstantinos even had some of the essentials stocked for us so that we didn't have to run right out for groceries....including a bottle of wine! We actually didn't spend a whole lot of time inside. It was a super clean and beautiful house, but why be inside when you have the pool and the amazing view outside. You do share the pool with a couple of other families but this was never an issue for us. We had it to ourselves for a lot of our time there. The sun beds, lounge chairs, and umbrellas give you great options for the amount of sun/shade you want. The pool was very clean. It was refreshing without that shock of cold when you jump in. The view is incredible! You can look out over the port and off toward the islands. I spent much of my time out there....even into the night on many days. This place was paradise! Charmante Maison

Nous avons tous été très bien accueilli par le propriétaire qui est aussi charmant que ses maisons. Nous partagions la piscine avec des enfants; mais aucun problème de bruit et de cris d’enfants. Séjour merveilleux.
