The property is within minutes to several educational institutions such as the University of Central Arkansas, Central Baptist College, and Hendrix College. Medical institutions such as Conway Regional Hospital and Baptist Medical Hospital are not far. The Conway area has several nearby trails for those of you looking for a more active experience, or if you just plan to do some remote work in a quiet place, we have a built-in office with Wi-Fi and printing capabilities to get your work done. Property access is via entering a code previously provided for the front door keypad. For your security, there is a front door bell with a built-in camera. The garage has a level 2 EV charger provided for your convenience

Everything just seemed t come together.The rooms were clean nice sizes and tastefully done. There were also a lot of amenities couldn’t have been happier.

Excellent property for families. Great space, great location, all the toddler/baby gear you need, comfy beds, and large fenced in back yard. Quiet area. Lots of nice perks that take it a step-above including the EV charger, the extra family room, and pet items.

June Wedding

We came to Conway for my son's wedding. The house was perfect for my family. Plenty of space, equipped with everything one would need for a long weekend. We had an issue with the hot water and Rafael was super responsive - he came over at 7:30 on a Sunday morning and fixed it. Highly recommend this place.

Couldn’t use the kitchen more than making a pizza because the sink was backed up , dishwasher and laundry all have the same drain took the owner 24 hours to respond and we were checking out that day he responded didn’t help that I couldn’t do laundry for my children had to buy paper plates and then he said there was a hot tub which was a lie. We would only refund 1 day which I did not agree too but they processed it anyways.

Nice stay. Needs more full length mirrors, kitchen chairs would be comfortable vs stools. Great place for young college sleep over. We were there to attend a wedding w elderly family.

Great place!

Great location for anyone coming for UCA events! Clean and plenty of space. Only minor issue was there is only room for 4 at the kitchen table. We would stay here again!!

Wonderful Home

This home is so good!! Great Location and fenced in backyard! Everything that we needed was here. Good beds, nice kitchen and location is great too. Very quiet area and the Host was amazing! Very nice folks and responded to us within 2 minutes of contact. We will definitely make this our go to home when we come to Conway.

Great Experience

We were in Conway for a 5 day hospital stay family stayed at this house. Very nice place and a convenience to my family to be close to me. Nice and clean and property owner was great and responded quickly to questions.

My name is Rafael Soto and I have been a Conway, Arkansas resident for several decades. I have been managing long-term residential real estate rentals and enjoyed doing so. Moving into short-term rentals as a host expands my perspective and knowledge of the business which I look forward to engaging with.

The property is located in West Gate subdivision, a family neighborhood that is close to where I live (less than 1 mile) so it is very convenient and quick for me to respond to any guest's requests or issues. Also, the property is centrally located near many institutions, shops, and restaurants.

The property has been recently remodeled, it is centrally located to be used as a hub to visit the city of Conway's attractions or stay in the house within a quiet neighborhood to get some work done with a dedicated office with free Wi-Fi and wireless printing capabilities.
