The property was just what we needed. We slept so well, it was quiet and exactly as described. Having a garage was icing on the cake. Just know there is no elevator, but other than that it was perfect

Great condo, everything as advertised. The location is fantastic as it super close to shopping and many restaurants. The check in was smooth and all questions were covered in the house manual. The property very clean and was well stocked with everything you might need and the beds were very comfortable.

Family Trip

Second stay at this property this year. We will book here again for our next visit to the Des Moines area. Very clean and quiet with access to a gym and pool as well as very convenient to area attractions and shopping.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a growing area near the Jordan Creek Mall. It was as advertised, and we enjoyed our short weekend stay.

Great location

Had a very nice stay. The unit is laid out well and parking is great with the nearby garage. The place was very clean and well equipped. Nearby shopping and restaurants give you a variety of options. I will stay here again. Be aware this is a 3rd floor walk up.

Lovely area

A comfortable apartment that met our needs while competing in the National Senior Games. The three flights of stairs could be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. The surrounding area is very nice, quiet and convenient to restaurants and stores. Wi-Fi access is easy and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking equipment.

What a great place to stay

It was a very nice surprise for us when we entered the home. It was much better than staying at the hotel. The decoration was very nice and homely. It was very clean and well-kept. It has everything that we needed during our stay. This was like staying at home. We will definitely come back to this place when we go to Des Moines in the future.

Good location

The apartment was beautiful and conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. Was not aware we would have to walk up/down 3 flights of stairs with our luggage for our week’s stay as no elevator, which should be mentioned in the online description.

Overall, we had a great experience with this property. The listing was accurate — everything looked exactly as shown in the photos, which we really appreciated. Additionally, there is a desk with a chair in the property, which was great for my remote work. The space itself was lovely and the stay went smoothly. The one thing I'd flag for future guests, especially those with mobility considerations, is that the property is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator access. If you have difficulty with stairs, this is definitely worth keeping in mind before booking.Otherwise, this is a solid property and we would recommend it!

Everything we were looking for

This property is well-cared for and well provided. Kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep, including several spices. Furniture and beds were clean and comfortable. Third-floor balcony looks out north, which is a plus in hot summer months. Had an issue with HVAC which the managers fixed immediately—they were very responsive and easy to work with. Neighborhood is upscale and modern. Lots of shops and restaurants within easy drive. Would definitely stay there again!

Super-quiet, clean, and convenient space, much bigger than it looks in the photos! Loved that it was close to all things in Jordan Creek. It was a great place to stay the night after our trip to Des Moines for the Jenna Raine concert :) Would totally stay again!
