Come relax and enjoy the beautiful views that Fountain Hills has to offer with this 5-bedroom home! There is a large deck upstairs with amazing views of the mountains, enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evening. Plenty of room for friends and family to enjoy! Wonderful open concept living spaces on both the upstairs and downstairs. Large, heated pool with lounge chairs to keep you cool in the summer!
This 5-bedroom home is great for families, friends, and golfers looking for a comfortable place to call home for vacation. The open concept floor plan on main level; features a remodeled kitchen, large sectional seating and big screen TV, and farm table with seating for 10. The master bedroom on main level has a king-sized bed, tv, walk in closets, and a luxurious Master bath. Also upstairs is a room that doubles as an office for the work traveler and a bedroom. Downstairs you'll find a 2nd living area with big screen TV, game room with pool table, shuffleboard and darts. 3 total bedrooms downstairs and full bath. Large patio areas on both levels maximize the views that Fountain Hills has to offer. Upstairs balcony has large outdoor dining area and comfy couch seating area with firepit. Downstairs patio has plenty of room for a game of ladder golf or corn hole. A huge pool with loungers and day bed to enjoy the Arizona sun and views all in one. A great place for a getaway for anyone looking to relax and enjoy AZ. Plenty of hiking and mountain biking close by and Scottsdale is just a few minutes’ drive over the hill.
**Please note there is not a hot tub at this location, only a pool that is heated**

There was plenty of room for 4 adults. Beautiful view, and morning sun, spacious veranda. The beds and other furniture was comfortable. We enjoyed playing pool and card games.

Beautiful home with beautiful views. We wished the weather was a little warmer to use the pool. We did sit in the hot tub which was nice. The kitchen lacked a can opener so we bought one and left it there for the next guests. We sat on the deck quite a bit and enjoyed the fire table a lot! We replaced the tank with one that was in the garage. Thank you for sharing your space! It was perfect.

We were here for a girls weekend with family the beginning of October. The house, decks, and pool area were so perfect. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and very clean. The pool is heated and we were in most of the days we were there. The neighborhood is very quiet and the views are breathtaking. The owners were very quick to respond to the few questions we had. We are planning on coming back next year for another fun weekend. Thank you to our hosts for making this an enjoyable weekend.

Wonderful!!

This house was amazing for our group! No big issues but the few questions we had were answered promptly by Kelly. All beds were comfortable and plenty of linens. The pool and outdoor space were perfect. Would definitely return to this property for future stays. Oh my favorite part were the amazing sunrises and gorgeous Mountain views.

Excellent stay

We stayed here for our family get together. The house was so beautiful, clean, well furnished, and comfortable. Amazing attention to details and provided us with plenty of supplies which was so nice and helpful. Kids had so much fun. The views are stunning and what a cool backyard! I would love to stay here again when we come back to town to visit my parents. Great central location in fountains hills.

30 minutes from most everything in the Phoenix area. Family had a great time. Fountain Hills is an awesome place to stay. Will miss the mountain views and all the cacti. Would 100% return!

Beautiful views and awesome pool!

We stayed here with our adult children and thoroughly enjoyed it! It was just a 5 minute drive to visit family in Eagle Mountain. The views were beautiful. We enjoyed watching the sunrise in the morning from the amazing balcony. We also loved hanging out by the pool in the evening. The lower level with the 3 bedrooms was great for our family and allowed them to enjoy watching TV or playing pool late at night while we were able to sleep peacefully on the main level. Thank you for a very enjoyable experience.

Spacious & excellent entertainment home!!

Our weekend stay was wonderful! Check-in process was easy and smooth. The hosts made sure I had all necessary information to have an enjoyable stay and successful check-out. We did run into an issue with the tv not connecting to the internet but Toby & Kelly were just one text away from helping resolve the issue! The views are absolutely magnificent; the nighttime star-gazing is incredible too. There’s plenty of room for everyone to have their own space inside, not to mention all the space outside in the backyard. We loved the outdoor games and indoor game room; fun for the whole family! Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here with 2 small families to celebrate an 80th birthday in town. There were 9 of us. This place is so spacious...sprawling! There was room for 10 to eat inside...and 10 outside in addition to a huge amount of space on the massive deck. Everything was organized and well marked. We had everything we needed and more. Lots of games to keep everyone entertained. The private pool was wonderful...we spent most of our time bobbing around and enjoying time catching up. The unique doorbell ringtone made us all smile! I sent a few messages to the owners and they were quick to respond. I would 100% choose to stay here again. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Good house and setting, but not well provisioned

This was a great house for hosting a big group of dinner guests. There were two large tables each seating 10 or 12 close to each other, a great comfortable fire pit area and a lovely heated pool. The pool table and various games were terrific. The master bedroom suite was also wonderful. The problems included a lack of serving and cooking equipment…. Bowls, pots, platters, and trays. Also a lack of closets or drawers in upstairs bed room/office was frustrating. There was somewhat limited seating in both the living room and basement rec room. The noise from the rec room funneled up the stairs making the living room very noisy. Finally, the small galley kitchen had limited food prep areas. The pressure on the drinking water tap was very low. A good investment would be blackout shades in the bedrooms. Ditto a towel rack in the upstairs bathroom. Thank you for your hospitality. We had a great stay.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay! We have ordered a filter for the ro system to fix the drinking water. We appreciate your suggestions for the increased kitchen pots and pans and serving utensils and will be purchasing more items to help accommodate larger groups staying at the house.

We had an incredible time at this house. The pool was great, we enjoyed sitting by the firepit with morning coffees, and played a ton of pool. Plenty of space for our group and everyone was more than comfortable. Thanks for having us!
