Great location. Looks just like the pictures. My only recommendation is to buy new bedding for the condo. Both the master and extra bedding for pull out couch had stains on the sheets.

Our getaway

We were very pleased with the condo and our landlord. She was on top of everything. I would recommend staying here when visiting SC. It was close to the beach but also secluded to get some rest.

Great condo, quiet location.

Everything to do and need is close. Just 2 miles from the beach. This condo was pet friendly, and lots of area to walk. If you’re a golfer, it’s the perfect location. Would come back in the future.

Enjoyable visit

Great location, clean unit, boxspring bedding in unit needs replacement, very minimal supplies. Otherwise a good choice.

Wonderful

We booked Magnolia Place the day we arrived in MB, after arriving at our 1st destination & being extremely underwhelmed & disappointed. Magnolia ended up being perfect for us & we couldn't have been any happier. It was clean, quiet &the perfect fit for us.

Overall the stay was nice. There were some minor issues like we couldn’t use the front porch as the wood was soft and you felt like you were going to fall through, it wasn’t as clean as it should of been knowing there is a cleaning fee/ cleaning people. Overall it was fine, fit our family well, perfect location close to everything, great contact/ response with owner. Pool was great.
