The 40-foot dock on an oceanside canal provides direct access to prime fishing grounds and local sandbars, making it perfect for boating enthusiasts. A BBQ grill and a commercial ice machine add extra convenience, while the insulated porch offers a comfortable spot to unwind each afternoon. A spiral staircase leads to a spacious sundeck for enjoying scenic views. Bring your boat (36 feet or under) and make the most of this idyllic setting. Repeat seasonal customers are welcome, with special rates available.
