Come relax at our Casita on Umar. This clean and cozy little space will make your stay memorable . It is centrally located with nearby retail stores, restaurants and entertainment. Coffee bar in kitchen with Keurig. This is a NO PETS Airbnb. We look forward to having you!
The space
It has 3 bedrooms including a master with a queen bed, walk in closet and direct access to the bathroom. The 2 other rooms have twin beds, both with closets and the bathroom across the hallway. The living room has a sofa for the 5th guest (not a sofa sleeper ) that includes a 55” smart TV with Netflix. High speed wireless internet is available for all guests. For our safety and for the safety of our guests, there is 24 hour exterior surveillance and a ring doorbell with live feed. ***UPDATE*** All furniture is BRAND NEW!

Kitchen:
Stove, microwave and fridge are available to use. Coffee bar with Keurig (coffee pods ( included), sugar and creamer. Basic cooking essentials provided (pots, pan, oil, salt, cooking utensils).

Bathrooms:
Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided.

Washer/Dryer:
Both are provided along with detergent and fabric softener.
No need to wash bathroom towels, they are washed after every booking.

Patio:
Private backyard with seating under string lights.
Sprinkler system start at 12:30am daily.
Grass is cut every weekend at random hours.

PLEASE REFRAIN FROM MOVING/REMOVING FURNITURE & DECOR. Please contact me if moving furniture is needed due to safety.
Guest access
There is a lockbox located at the front door and a code is provided on the day of your check-in.

Someone will be by during the day every Monday to take out trash & recycle bin. Trash is picked up on Tuesday’s.
