Profitez de la brise d'été sur l'histoire de deux véranda de ce grand 4 chambres, 3. 5 maison de salle de bain dans de beaux Shores Cap. Vous entrez sur le rez de chaussée de ce deux étages, récemment rénové, la maison construite dans le sud de la salle familiale ouverte. De chaque côté, il ya 2 chambres avec 1 salle de bain complète. A l'étage la suite parentale avec salle de bain complète. Salle de séjour a une cheminée à gaz. La cuisine ouverte avec bar se jette dans la salle à manger. La grande véranda est idéal pour votre café du matin, déjeuner ou dîner du soir.

Votre famille peut profiter de la piscine privée, des courts de tennis et de la jetée de pêche. Suivre le ferry viennent dans et hors de la plate-forme. Minutes du centre-ville de Lewes. Les infrastructures de loisirs sont juste autour du coin.

excellent stay

dual suites with adjoining living room on first floor made this place an excelllent choice for 2 families with kids plus master suite upstairs for grandparents. Very well stocked kitchen in every way!!!

We just love this location and house. The second floor kitchen and screened in porch are wonderful. The quick access to the beach, pool, and state park is a plus.

Wonderful spot for family getaway

We loved this house for many reasons- proximity to the pool, beach, pier, park, and town, and the layout. The second story front porch was so comfortable even on the hottest days. The house had everything we’d need in terms of kitchenware and supplies. The melamine dishes were great, for the 2 and 4 year olds. We all had plenty of room to spread out. Renting bikes and a beach umbrella was great- delivered and picked up at the front porch.

Fantastic stay in Lewes!

This property is everything you could want for a family vacation with kids! The pictures don't do it justice - it's gorgeous! Lots of rooms/beds, spaces, nooks, outdoor space (protected by a net), and a 2 minute walk to a beautiful private beach! Joe was super responsive and a great host! Will definitely stay again.

Another Banner Stay

This property is roomy, close to the Bay beach and Cape Henlopen. One of our favorite features is the upper screened deck the width of the house. This is our second year staying here and so we knew exactly what to expect and were not disappointed. The owner is very responsive via text.

Large Family Beach Week

We had a wonderful week in Joe's house with our large, immediate family. We enjoyed the beach every day just a VERY short walk away, and spent plenty of time gathering together for meals and down time in the house. There were plenty of spaces to spread out our lounging-but the second floor screened in porch was the bonus that puts this house above others. The house was equipped with plenty of plates and silverware for our big group. The kitchen also included two crockpots, pots and pans of varying sizes, and serving dishes. We lacked for nothing! We will keep this house in mind for future vacations.

Exceeded expectations

The house was much larger than described. On the lower level there is one side of the house with a king bed and two twins with an open doorway. This side has a bathroom. On the other side of the house are two separate bedrooms. One with a queen and one with two twins. They share a bathroom. Upstairs is the master with master bath. Both the lower and upper levels have great family rooms. Walk to the beach and pool were short. Enjoyed our trip immensely.

Cape Shores Gem

This is a large home with a very functional reverse floorplan in the amazing Cape Shores neighborhood, and the home sits right between the pool and the beach (~2-min walk). I'd highly recommend this rental for multiple families. We had four adults and three children (two families) and it was plenty spacious - we could've added more. There is a family room on both floors, plus outdoor decks galore both covered (screened-in) and uncovered (roof and off the primary bedroom). There's no garage access for bike and beach storage but they were safe and sound sitting out on the front patio all week. A five-star stay all around, minus an issue with front door keypad which didn't work. Fortunately there was an alternative way to get in, and I'm sure the very responsive host Joe will address the keypad issue soon. The pictures don't do this home or neighborhood justice. If there's an opportunity to come back, we will certainly do so! My wife and our friends thanked me all week for finding such a great vacation home.

GREAT location!

This is a prime location for availability to the beach on the Delaware Bay, Cape Henlopen Park for the beach at the ocean, and walking and biking, along with many other biking trails. The lovely home is adequate for an adult family (especially if you like a screened in porch!). Location is convenient to a variety of restaurants.

Wonderful place for family memories.

Great location to bay and pool. Quiet neighborhood close to many things by bike and car. Owner super responsive and very nice. House was more like a home for us - enough space for everyone but cozy at the same time. Screened in porch was a nighly ritual for family gatherings.

Best week ever!

This property was everything we expected and more. The front second floor screened porch was a real draw. We all enjoyed it. There were books, games and puzzles for us to enjoy. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of meal seating. We loved the close proximity to the bay beach as well as the state park and we enjoyed walking to the fishing pier to view the sunsets. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to return.

We came back!

Our families just love this house. The location to the pool, bay beach, state park, and fishing piers is all that we need. We live biking right from the house to trails in the state park. The house has all that you need and plenty of space to spread out. We ate every meal and enjoyed our morning coffee on the screened in porch. Perfect for our kids to hand out there too. The outdoor hose and shower are great too.

E. Cape Shore Stay

The interior of this house is nicer than seen in the posted online pictures. It's within short walking distance of the community swimming pool, the bay, and a 5-min. drive to the ocean at Cape Henlopen. The owner was extremely responsive to our questions/requests.

House was ideal for multigenerational family - space for everyone to be together or off on their own when needed. Location to beach path, pool, and state park great. The bikers loved that the park was just down the street. Joe, the owner, was very responsive to any questions. Highly recomend

Perfect house for us

Excellent location in Cape Shores neighborhood, with easy walk to both pool and bay beach. Very comfortable house, with fantastic porches. The photos don't do it justice! The six of us had plenty of room to spread out or to congregate. The owner was available and accomodating. We can't wait to go back!
