Note: Pool is open Memorial Day weekend thru Sept. You must bring all bed linens and towels.

Beautiful, Large 6 Bedroom, 4 Bath Home With Pool And Tons Of Space
Exceptional home with everything you need for the perfect vacation, including its own private pool!

Must be 25 years or older to rent this house - documentation of age required.

This property has two buildings connected by a 3-season room.

Building 1: Large 4-bedroom/3-bath central air ranch home with open concept - expansive kitchen with large pantry, living room and bright family room.

Building 2: Separate cottage includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and sitting room and separate a/c units in each of the bedrooms plus the sitting room.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Florida room with screened windows, ceiling fans and comfy wicker seating connects the two homes and leads to a meditation garden and fenced-in private patio with gas grill, patio furniture, above-ground pool (open Memorial Day weekend thru Sept) and outdoor shower.

Close to Rehoboth Beach, Tanger outlets, go carts, mini-golf, water park, Cape May/Lewes ferry, Cape Henlopen, golfing, fishing, brewery & wine tours.

Drive or bike to Rehoboth Beach without ever using busy section of route 1.

Beach chairs, yard/beach games, pool toys, videos, board games.

Note: From mid-June through mid-September, we only do week-long rentals running from Saturday to Saturday. The rest of the year, we are flexible on check-in days.

Lovely as always!

This was our third year in a row returning because the property suits our family perfectly. Ann is a wonderful host and everything was fantastic as usual!

This is the 3rd summer renting this house. The house is at a great location. close enough to everything but yet out of the way and secluded. We have had an excellent time every summer. The house has plenty of space to accommodate all 11 of us. We even have our reservation set for 2026 summer vacation!

Another great week!

Great house, beautifully kept, always clean. We noticed a few upgrades, this owner cares. Very convenient location, quiet neighborhood close to Route 1, the outlets and Rehoboth Boardwalk.

Family vacation

Lots Of Room accommodated our family very well. Had plenty of room to be together or to spend some quiet time. My granddaughters enjoyed the pool, they were in it as soon as we got there. Having the 2 refrigerator was a plus. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. All the bedrooms were very comfortable. Our family would rent this home again. By far one of the nicest home we have rented.

Fantastic Time with Family

My Wife, Daughter and I stayed here for 2 straight weeks ans had out parents stop by at different times during the time there. It was a great time for all. There was so much room way more than rge pictures show. Everyone enjoyed there time with us as did we. We just left and are planning another 2 week trip next summer down here.

Once again, this house met our needs in a sparkling clean fashion. Comfortable for everyone, a perfect home base for beaching, shopping and boardwalking. The pool is an extra treat after a day in the sand. Thanks again Ann!

Perfect setting for extended family

We loved the house- so comfortable and well-equipped. Wouldn't change a thing and could t ask for more. The layout gave us space for the whole family of 7 adults and 3 kids-- singles, couples and families with small children. The pool was clean and is the perfect size for a group. It's a short drive to the beautiful beaches. The outdoor shower was a great place to clean up after a morning at the beach. On-site parking is convenient and plentiful. Plenty of room to spread out for reading, work and doing art projects. The outdoor spaces are inviting and convenient. The grill is fabulous. Especially loved that there are plenty of places to stash our stuff. The furniture is cozy and comfy. The neighbors are lovely. Loved having two refrigerators and we gave the washer and dryer quite a workout. The kitchen is well-equipped and has lots of space to work and store our food. The host was responsive and helpful.

Great house with great yard too

House was very clean, well furnished and well stocked in every way from the kitchen to the supply of pool and beach toys. Spent most days floating around the pool and enjoying the large outdoor area. Highly recommend this house.

Wonderful property

Prior to our stay, I read all the reviews and was hopeful to love the property just as much as everyone else...I was not disappointed. The layout is great - so much room for our party of 6 and all our things. Having 2 refrigerators was very helpful. The kitchen is well stocked. All bedrooms had their own television - very nice touch. The sparkling water in the pool was welcoming and thoroughly enjoyed. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful family vacation spot!

Location was great as it was close to everything! A short drive to the beach and stores. Family was able to enjoy the pool and the amenities of the home. The listing showed a futon in the cottage but it was not there and replaced with a couch. The house was fully stocked with all the kitchen utensils, plates pots and pans! The family agrees we would definitely would rent again!

Family get together/vacation

My wife and I plus our daughter and her family and my son and his family have been doing this for several years. My daughter is an hour and half from us and my son is two and a half hours away. This provided a great opportunity for brothers, sisters, cousins, son, and daughter to spend some time together. The property has plenty of space inside and out for talk and play. The pool is nice for interaction. Every year, I ask if we want to do this next year. The answer is always, YES. The property is clean and well maintained with annual improvements occurring.

Amazing Week!

Our vacation was wonderful for our family of 11. There was plenty of room for each family to have their own space. The house was very clean and well stocked with all the necessities. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio and using the swimming pool. We also had a few evenings that we used the fire pit. We were so pleased with our stay that we booked our vacation for next summer already! Wonderful host, very helpful and easy to communicate with. Thank you!

Friends and Family Getaway

This place was even better than anticipated! We were a group of 8. We all had our own space and we were all comfortable. The pool and the yard were a wonderful addition to where we have stayed in the past. The house is in a nice residential area but is still very close to everything that you want to do. We all highly recommend this house to other groups.
