The second bedroom features a full-sized bed, desk, and TV. A second bathroom provides a shower/tub combo. Enjoy the conveniences of in-unit laundry, air conditioninf and central air, and an outdoor dining area making this the complete space to call your home away from home.

After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.

There is a parking spot with the apartment but not included with the nightly rent. The nightly cost is $15, there are other parking options in the area, all information will be found in the welcome packet that will be sent 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space.

Please be respectful of next door neighbors and neighborhood. Great place for large families or groups, not the place to be loud/rowdy and have parties. would be super if shoes could be removed, shoe removal will make it quieter for people who live below.

Pack n' Play/ High top chair available upon request for $10/night.

There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee.

Please be advised that should your stay extend beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee. The exact amount of this increase will be communicated to you prior to confirmation of your reservation.
