New 2024 Listing. This 2 Br villa is located in Arrowhead Court inside Kingston Resort. It's located on the 2nd floor with elevator. It features a king bed en suite and 2 twin beds in the secondary bedroom and a fully stocked kitchen. Relax by the pool or take a quick walk across the boardwalk to the beach. You'll find tons of sunlight streaming through the primary bedroom windows and a sliding glass door leading you to a screened-in balcony porch. It features free parking and free high speed Wifi (400 Mbps).
Kingston Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. Arrowhead Court is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, a private swimming pool, and a winding sidewalk with a 5 minute walk to the beach.
Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (Embassy does not sell pool tickets).

We have been vacationing at Kingston Plantation for 20 years. Our kids loved the wide sandy beaches and roaming the grounds of the resort as they were growing up. We love watching the ducks in the morning frolicking on the lake outside our bedroom window. Even though we tried other resorts over the years, we kept coming back to Kingston.
Like the other owners, it was our dream to buy a condo here. Bought it in 2022.
