Pull up to the front of your cottage and witness the ocean just 75 steps away! Relax on the private, sandy beach (adjacent to Campground Beach). The warm waters of lCape Cod Bay in North Eastham are enjoyed by all ages! If you need to be close to the beach, this is where your Cape Cod family memories begin!

Recently remodeled with many new Cape-style furnishings and fixtures that will add great comfort to your stay, including expanded master bedroom and second bedroom as well as an all new bathroom! The master bedroom comes furnished with a queen bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds making for comfortable sleeping quarters for four. Sink into the reclining chair in the main room to watch your favorite TV show or ballgame. The pull-out sleeper in the main room offers additional options depending upon the make-up of your group.

Enjoy our private and peaceful yard with flower gardens while cooking your favorite summertime recipes on the gas grill. Share your meals in our most popular feature, the screened-in porch, or at the over-sized outdoor picnic table. Then, after a stroll on the beach, take in the salt air of a warm summer evening while kicking back on a lounge chair on the deck, but don't forget to save time for the spectacular sunsets!

Relax in the private, cedar, outdoor shower with hot water and a changing area. This is a must for anyone who appreciates showering under the sun or stars!

House rental amenities: Everything you need for your Cape Cod Vacation: air conditioning, full kitchen, blankets, pillows, cable TV, wireless internet and DVD. Renter to supply bed sheets and towels. ***OPTIONAL Linens available at an additional cost of $35 per person.

Another wonderful stay

This is our second time staying at this property for Thanksgiving weekend. It is the perfect size for a family of 3, is well appointed, and the location (steps to Campground beach) can't be beat. We hope to be back!

The place was very accommodating; Great amenities. Will note that the Bathroom is very narrow and there are no closets. Short walk to beach, short drive to stores, restaurants. Great for two or three people. Would come back for location, alone.

Charles and Paula's cottage is a lovely little haven in a beautiful part of Eastham. It is nicely decorated and well appointed. It was our second time staying there and we enjoyed many amazing sunsets at the nearby beach and drinks on the screened in porch. Clean, comfortable, and cozy, and perfect for couples!

Better than described

I stayed here with my 2 kids and we loved everything about the place. The location was amazing with private low tide beach access along with a short walk to the public beach for sunsets and relaxation. Private Outdoor space and parking was a nice added bonus! Little gem tucked away in Eastham!

We had a great stay at this cute, little cottage. Peaceful, cozy, and well equipped with everything we needed for a quick trip to the beach. The owners were very easy to communicate with and made check in and out very easy. We would love to stay here again. Recommend 100%!

Awesome Place/Location

This cottage, small house, was perfect for us. It easily accommodates a couple or it would also be fine for a couple with two small children. The place was clean and well equipped as far as amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable. It's at the end of a street that dead ends at Cape Cod Bay!!We met our hosts, they were very nice. We met neighbors, also very open and friendly. Easy access to RT 6 as well, you can walk or drive to breakfast.It's a great place no doubt. We are discussing a return!

Best location on The Cape !!

We drove 10 hours to this perfectly lovely seaside cottage and would happily do it again just to experience the ease and convenience of being so close to the sea. It is an enchanting, peaceful enclave of cottages. The cottage itself was even better than we imagined. With the back deck and screened in porch there was plenty of room even if the weather is not cooperating. The beds were comfortable and the breezes at night were wonderful. The outdoor shower was awesome, the only one we ended up using. Everything was spotless when we arrived. The location can't be beat as it is so close to the lovely Cape towns and the bicycle trails. Just writing this makes me want to return. Dana and Graham Binks. Toronto.

Perfect Cottage in Amazing Location!

We absolutely loved this cottage. The location is perfect - you walk three houses down to the end of the road to probably 20 stairs down to a great tidal bay beach. If you don’t want stairs, you can take a 2 minute walk down to the more populated beach where people have to pay to park, but you walk right in! Paula was super nice, just happened to run into her a few times and it was always a nice surprise / pleasant exchange. Anything you need for the kitchen is there. We left behind some stuff to chip-in :) Great experience, will be returning. Our son loved it so much he was asking when we get to go back!

Everything went smoothly. The place is beautiful and has a nice screened in porch to have lunch, socialize with guests, etc. The nearby beach is beautiful. The place is very clean and remodeled nicely. My sister and I really loved our stay in the cottage and didn’t have any problems. Everything worked. The kitchen is lovely. The grounds are impeccable. The parking is easy and safe. The owners were readily available to answer all questions.

Considerate and flexible

Charles and Paula were very flexible when there was a Nor'Easter during the time we originally planned on visiting. They called and made sure we didn't head out towards the still-affected Cape. Glad things turned out okay, and we look forward to staying with Charles and Paula soon!

Sweet cottage near the bay

My friend and I had a wonderful, relaxing time here. The cottage was clean, well-supplied, nicely decorated and comfortable. I really enjoyed having both a screened in porch and outside deck to choose from as the weather changed. It's perfect for a vacation getaway! It's a short walk down the block to the water and easy drives to the ocean side and restaurants. Our hosts responded quickly to a couple questions. It's a keeper; I hope to return!

Adorable cottage within walking distance to beach!

My friend and I stayed at the cottage. It is an adorable, clean place and the location is perfect. Close to beach, with restaurants and other attractions within a short drive. The neighborhood is very walkable...and sunsets?...stunning.! When we were done exploring for the day we were on the deck, which provided a very private and peaceful time. The cottage is perfect for a girls getaway, or a couple with two children. The owners provide great instructions prior to arrival and are easily reached with any questions. I can’t wait to return!

We have vacationed with our kids in Eastham for over twenty five years. It has always been our dream to own a home that we can share with others to create memories like the ones that we have enjoyed for so long. Eastham is an area for all ages and interests. It goes beyond the beautiful beaches and water sports to include sightseeing of American Indian and Pilgrim settlements, whale watching, nature trails, vineyard tours and natural history.

Why they chose this property

The proximity of this cottage to the beach is commented on consistently by our guests. Being just a one minute walk away allows you to make easy trips back and forth whenever you need to, be it a cold drink, a bathroom visit or a change of clothes. The property itself offers a private backyard for relaxing after a day at the beach or when cooking out. Our most popular feature at the cottage is the fabulous outdoor shower. Don't forget to try showering under the stars! However, before you do that, you'll want to walk those few steps back to the beach to watch the sun setting into the ocean on a clear day. This is an east coast rarity and one that never grows old - even after twenty five years!
