We had a great time. The house was so cute, and in the perfect location. The beds were comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed. We loved having the golf cart, the courtyard with a grill, and the pickleball racquets were also a plus. We usually go to seaside, but didn’t feel up for the drive this year, and we ended up being so happy with our decision to come stay here instead.

Best Place to Stay!!

I cannot give enough stars for our stay. Host was great in communication during the booking process, as well as pre and post stay. This house had everything we needed for 4 adults and 4 teens. Beds were incredibly comfortable and location could not have been better. We will be staying here again next year!

Great house & stay

We loved our stay at St. Charles Place. The house was clean and had everything we need for the weekend. The grill worked great. There were plenty of kitchen essentials, lots of pool towels, fun games, bath towels, etc. Great location. The golf cart was fun and worked out great. Very positive experience, we hope to come back!

Women’s dinner club weekend

House was lovely! The owner responded quickly to questions and was so accommodating. I would encourage anyone to stay here. Our group consisted of 7 women who have been in a dinner club for 40 years and we had a blast. The area is charming with lots of walking paths.

Perfect Place in Carlton Landing!

We had a group stay here for a girls trip and loved our time in St. Charles Place! The home is well-stocked with everything we needed, check-in and check-out was simple, and the location within Carlton Landing was perfect and a short walk to pools, the lake, the pizza restaurant and Meeting House cafe (and if we didn't feel like walking the golf cart was always ready to go!). Everything was clean and comfortable- would definitely stay here again :)

We had an excellent time and the property was clean and very well maintained. Carlton Landing is a lot like 30A in on the Emerald Coast in Florida. We will be coming back on many occasions for sure. Loved it!!!

Pretty Little Gem

We had the best time making unforgettable memories in our favorite lake community! The property was very clean and spacious enough to suite our family of 6 plus extra room! It is very closely located to the lake view pool and the lake! It also comes with a golf cart which is a huge plus to be able to get around easily without having to get in your car! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay!

This was our 2nd visit to Carlton Landing. This property is in a great location - short & easy walks to Mama Tig's, the Pantry, two of Carlton Landing's three pools and the Meeting House. Well-appointed kitchen, everything was super-clean. The grill in the property courtyard was in great shape and was stocked with propane. We stayed during a heat wave and the A/C held up wonderfully. We also loved the fact we didn't have to login to our streaming app accounts! Finally, having access to the golf cart really put this visit over the top. Thank you!
