This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located close to everything in the Carlton Landing community - pop up shops, swim beach, swimming pool, food truck court, and more!
Bring your furry friends and enjoy the screened in porch together on Lake Eufaula, Oklahoma!
The space
Blue Haven is a one story home equipped with a master suite, a bunk room with queen and double beds, an additional bathroom, laundry closet, living room, dining room, and a screened in front porch. The kitchen is well stocked and has all major appliances. There is a side access door off of the master suite.
Guest access
Uncovered parking is on the side of the home. There is much within walking distance, and golf carts can also be rented. (See the Guidebook for information)

*CL is a growing community so you can expect to hear and see construction crews around the neighborhood.
