My wife and I began visiting Boca Grande almost 20 years ago. We stayed in almost every part of the island and found that we loved each and every spot. When a unit became available for sale in Marina Village of the Boca Grande Club, we decided to first rent a nearby unit. We soon thereafter bought as we found that we loved the views and the distant boat activity up and down the Intracoastal, and we also enjoyed the flexibility of using the club's Gulf side facilities while sometimes opting for the quiet of the small pool within steps of our unit. As work still keeps us up north for a good part of the year, we make our unit available for rental. With this in mind, we set up our unit with the plan of making a visitor's experience every bit as comfortable as our own time on this spectacular island.
Something very special occurs when you cross the three bridges that lead from the mainland to Boca Grande, and we get great joy reading the guest book we leave in our unit, hearing of the stays of those who enjoyed their time at Marina Village 6.
