Clean condo in convenient location
The condo was very clean and the complex well-maintained with a nice pool area.
Great service and wonderful place to stay.
The absolute best in providing great service and great accommodations. Randy went over and Beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.
Thanks so much for staying in one of my Galveston condos! I'm so glad you guys enjoyed your stay!

Beautiful condos in a great spot in Galveston
We rented a 1 bedroom condo for our family of 4 for the Columbus Day weekend holiday. The pool view from our room was amazing and the grounds were beautifully landscaped.
The condo itself had been updated with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and modern bath and kitchen fixtures. Our teenage girls described it as "fancy" and loved sleeping in the bunk beds.
The condo owner also offered free Netflix and Hulu from his internet enabled TV which we loved because we could have some family time after a beach day or swimming in the pool.
The condos are located toward the west end of Galveston so it is quiet and relaxing. To enjoy the beach, you will have to drive as that part of the seawall is protected by rocks. This didn't really bother us since we usually take boogie boards, chairs and coolers anyway so having the car was helpful. We can take a short walk down the pier and enjoy Jimmy's where there is a great view, good food and tasty fruity drinks.
The condo is not more than 15-20 minutes from Pleasure Pier, East Beach, Galveston Island State Park or the Historic Strand. If you like fresh seafood, we recommend checking out the fish markets near Fisherman's Wharf for fresh snapper, golden tile, gulf shrimp and more.
We would definitely stay there again!
Beautiful condo and great layout in a good location
The condo is brand new or recently renovated with high-end furnishings. The layout is really good for a 1 br/1 ba. Large flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedroom. Wi-Fi, Cable, DVD player, and Netflix access is provided. Balcony overlooked the view of the main pool. Room is located near the elevator with covered parking below. The location on the island is not central but regardless you pretty much have to commute wherever you want to go. The beach isn't really in walking distance but we liked the beach, Sunny Beach, which is really nearby, it is free and you can drive up to the beach.
The review should of been a 5 star review but we had a couple of big issues and I am being generous not rating a 1-star.
The listing description said that it included a shower/tub combo but the owner had a sign on the tub that said don't use because it leaks. We had an 11 month old with us, so a tub was a top priority. We ended up making do but the listing description was not accurate.
There was a scheduled water shut-off from 9-5 one of the days we were staying. This would of been a deal-breaker for us IF the landlord disclosed this to us. The water ended up being off from 9-4. There was flyers posted all around the property that said for the owners to notify tenants of the water shut-off.
When we e-mailed the landlord in regards to our concerns his email lacked any apology, empathy, and reaction. In regards to the water being shut-off, he said he didn't feel he needed to notify us. His resolution was that we were free to find another location and he would refund us for the remaining days. He sent a 2nd e-mail asking us how much we feel we should receive in a monetary refund for the inconveniences, which still isn't an adequate response because he should be offering the solution(s).
In the end, the issues were specific to us and you can tell the landlord takes great pride in his properties.
Thanks so.much for your feedback! Again so sorry about the water shut off and the tub issue. I have changed the listing to show shower only. The granite tub/shower only leaks a little in the open garage below and as i mentioned, would not have been a problem if you had used it as a tub.
This was an AMAZING place to stay! The condo was exactly as described. I traveled with my husband, two children, and grandmother. Although this was a one bedroom there was plenty of other places to sleep including the bunk beds and the pull out couch. The condo was very spacious. My family enjoyed the pools and the immediate access to the beach. We had a great time and would definitely recommend to anyone! Thanks for sharing your space with my family!
Thanks so much for providing a review! I'm glad you guys enjoyed your stay and we look forward to having you as our again soon!

Of course, no visit to Galveston is complete without a savoring the Island's historic homes and museums, which give visitors a glimpse of an era featuring both wealth and prosperity, as well as disaster and change.
