Coastal Modern Condo - Central Location!

Our condo is newly furnished in a coastal-modern style with just a few vintage coastal pieces including the dressers and artwork. Otherwise, all furniture, TVs, and accessories are new. It offers a spacious, open layout with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a dining area, kitchen, laundry room, and private balcony.



Important Information: 











  • No pets are allowed per HOA rules. 
  • Location: 3rd-floor walk-up (no elevator). 
  • Parking: There is plenty of free parking.
  • Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Take out the trash
Lock the doors
You don’t have to strip the beds, but please leave them unmade so our cleaners know which sheets to change.
Be sure that both pool key fobs are located on the stand next to the door. Missing key fobs will be charged at $100 each for replacement.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
