The Space:
The condo is a top-floor unit(3rd floor)**with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
The master bedroom has a platform queen-sized bed, USB charger port lamps, a full-size mirror, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a bathtub.
The guest room has a metal bunk bed, twin over queen, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The fully renovated kitchen is equipped with an oven, a four-burner electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. Pots, pans, cooking utensils, colander, cutting boards, set of sharp knives, glasses, wine glasses, wine opener, fully stocked spice shelf, coffee, and tea are available for your use.
The living/dining area has a six-top dining table and chairs, a sofa, and a smart TV with cable.
Laundry room with stacked washer and dryer, iron and ironing board stocked with liquid detergent, and dryer sheets.
The condo is NOT fragrance-free, we use scented cleaning products and detergents.
Given that it's a top-floor unit, during the high-humidity months, the lowest available AC setting is 70 degrees.

*The pool opens on Memorial Day and closes on Labor Day.
