Place was as advertised. It was clean, we had a great time. Occasionally, we could hear noise from the surrounding areas, but it wasn't too bad. We would certainly stay here again.

Plenty of room for everyone. Loved the two refrigerators. Just across the street from the beach, shops, and food. Little ones loved the lazy river and the adults loved the hot tub

I have to say, if I was rating the unit itself in regards to size and comfort for 14 people all in one place, I would give it 5 stars. However, I feel obligated to mention a few things that although the host has no control over, I would have taken into consideration before booking for my family... The South side of Myrtle Beach (this area) is rundown and a little sketchy. The condominium complex and pool area are very dated. Other "guests" were extremely obnoxious, loud and oblivious to the fact that anybody else was there trying to enjoy their time. Loud music and screaming kids in the pool until 4 AM was completely unacceptable. Security was called every night, and although they responded, the idiots returned immediately to their disrespectful ways as soon as they were gone. Again, these are things that are out of control of the host. In fact, Andy was responsive to my pre-stay questions and requests, and is a very nice person. I hate to write the negative part of this review, but these are things I would have liked to know. We were there to relax and enjoy time together, not there to party, so we'll look into a private home on the North end of town next time... More to do, and more upscale.

Had a wonderful stay. Place was nice, clean, roomy, close to beach, pool was great, parking was convenient. Place had plenty of space and seating. Maintenance was there every morning cleaning.

Location excellent; beds comfortable; facilities adequate but dated; Ceiling fans need adjusting and balancing- first floor left bedroom ceiling fan wobbles excessively;several light fans in bathrooms did not work; water dripping from light/fan in multiple bathrooms; Mold on bathroom ceilings, and ceiling light fixtures; fixtures over sink in bathrooms pitted and ugly; (first floor -left);kitchen sink sprayer leaks water when turn on faucet; dishwasher door difficult to open, needs adjustment; unit needs grill tools; balcony furniture needs to be repaired or replaced, swing missing support on arm of swing, back of swing loose, needs refinishing; balcony chairs ALL in various stages of disrepair as the faux wicker wrapping is unwrapping; balcony floor needs power washing (it’s filthy); the photo in your materials does not match the unit (the only “Red” in this unit 104) are the 2 side tables and stools. All the rest of the furniture is grey/ black and the couches are all covered with grey slip covers. Maintenance failed to check outlets for function, we had to reset tripped circuit breakers to get wall outlets to function in kitchen. Pool and Splash pad ok but splash pad in need of some repairs to fixtures, (tops of palm trees) Pool and Splash pad need vacuuming of sand from bottom. Grills need cleaning and removal of ashes.Exterminator couldn’t tell us the name of the product he wanted to spray, or whether or not it was safe for toddlers/children.

Spacious two floor condo in a great location

Spacious two floor condo in a great location. All beds were comfortable and the condo was more than big enough for 8 guests. Easy beach access right across the street with mini marts and restaurants steps away. Highly recommend!

Not what I thought it would be

I definitely was excited once we found the listing as the location and size was perfect for our family. Upon arrival we did our walk through and quickly discovered things were not what we thought. One, the picture is not the unit we were in! We had gray sofas that were heavily stained and cleanliness was questionable. Some of the appliances did not work properly. Our ice melted inside of the freezer! Maintenance came and it was working but then they told us that it takes 24hrs for the fridge and freezer to get cold once we arrive… I think that should be added in the description… the consoles they provided had no batteries and the corded items didn’t work. When we brought it up to them they said they were going to be replacing all of them anyways… didn’t really help us during our stay as we did want to play on the consoles… the WiFi, that was AWFUL!! Each unit is suppose to have its own network however we had a lot of issues with connection and when we did get connected it was slow like bad slow. We had to use our personal hotspots and phones. Also, no way to stream anything like Netflix, Hulu, or Disney. Their stuff is too dated and does not have the capability to stream, we had to go out and buy a Roku to watch things we liked because the only thing the villa had for real was cable. Aside from that the location was great!! Lots of attractions and beach right across the street!! This place is for ppl that want to be outside all day and not be inside sometimes

This property more than delivered for me and my groups needs. Location to the beach very good. We all enjoyed having the 2 patios to sit and fellowship with one another. Overall, very satisfied.

Quick trip

We had 10 individuals with us and it was more than enough space. Very easy to get to, centrally located and easy to find activities near by. Would highly recommend if traveling in a large group. Thanks again!

Great place to stay

This condo was in a great location. The check in process was so easy. Our stay was comfortable. The beach access is directly across the street. The condo was clean and had everything needed. The parking was roomy enough for a 16 passenger van. We really enjoyed ourself. The location is close to all activities. None were more than a thirty minute drive. We will return. The condo was so clean and roomy.

Friends getaway

We had a wonderful time. This property was more than perfect. Lots of bedrooms, great table to fit all 8 of us, 2 refrigerators, 2 coffee makers, lots of counter space, wonderful deck overlooking pool. Pool was spotless and cleaned every morning. One block from the ocean.

Mixed feelings

Close proximity to the beach was nice as well as right across the street from a cafe, general store, liquor store and ice cream shop. However, 3 of the 6 nights there were cops in the neighborhood and found out shouldn’t be out after dark. Unit had some mechanical issues and no extra bedding.

Group Travel Ball

We rented 3 of the units within this 2-building complex so that our team families could share the travel ball experience and bond a little more. There was plenty of space in the common area and enough rooms that you could get some peace & quiet away from others if you needed it. The beach is a block away & a very easy walk. Good location to the ball diamonds, Boardwalk, Beach, misc areas of Myrtle.

Vacation of a lifetime.

I looked across the Nation for an affordable place to take my adult children and grandchildren for chance to spend some time together. This area and rental property took care of everything, with a lazy river pool , a splash pad for the little ones . Across the street from the beach made it a no brainer to book .
