Primary Bedroom: King bed with an ensuite bathroom. If work beckons, a convenient workspace awaits.

Bedroom 2: Ideal for families or friends, this room offers bunk beds, a full-size daybed, and a full-size pull-out trundle.

The condo features two bathrooms, one connected to the primary bedroom and one adjacent to the second bedroom, offering both a shower and bathtub for your relaxation.

The house is fully available to the guest, except for a locked owner`s closet.

No smoking on the property. No pets allowed

*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

Guests cannot receive mail or packages to the property, please reach out and we can coordinate an alternate delivery address, if necessary.

If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!
