THE PROPERTY: Amble through the portico entrance into this gorgeous two-story retreat. The covered front porch is an ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee and that is just the beginning! Upon entering the home, you will be greeted by upscale furnishings, a coastal blue and white color scheme, and large living areas. A relaxed family room and a formal living room provide multiple spaces for you to enjoy. The family room with TV is in the rear of the home and a relaxing living room is in the front of the home. A convenient half bath and laundry room with high end washer and dryer are nearby.

The gourmet kitchen has a Cuban-inspired tile floor, granite counters, floor-to-ceiling maple cabinets, a Viking gas range, and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen leads to the formal dining room which leads to the outdoor area where you will find an additional dining table with seating for six. This home provides you with indoor and al fresco dining options.
Two stylish bedrooms can be found on the first floor. The queen bedroom has dual nightstands, bedside lamps, and a TV. An oversized bunk bed with trundle and student desk can be found in the other bedroom, which would be great for your children. These bedrooms share a full hall bathroom.

Two additional bedrooms, both with handsome ensuites, are on the second floor. The primary king bedroom has lofty ceilings and is spacious and bright. The room is adorned with dual nightstands, bedside lamps, a reading chair, TV, a dresser, and closet storage for those long vacations. The ensuite has double sinks, vanity storage and a walk-in shower. The other is a twin bedroom that may be converted to a king. This bright and cheery room has a vaulted ceiling, TV, a dresser, and closet storage. The bright white ensuite bath has a pedestal sink and walk in shower.

Stepping outside onto the deck is like stepping into paradise. A stunning pergola with an abundance of comfortable seating, cocktail table, and ceiling fan is yours to enjoy. A private pool and plenty of loungers provide you with a space to cool off or to simply enjoy the sunshine. The outdoor space is magical, and the palm trees and lush foliage add to its allure. Hard surface flooring, tongue and groove ceilings, designer touches, and natural light add to the overall magnificence of this home. BED CONFIGURATION: There is one queen bedroom on the first floor and one over-sized bunk/trundle bedroom. *please note the bunkbeds*. Two additional bedrooms are on the second floor, one is a king and the other has two twins that can be converted into a king bed.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: There is a large pool surrounded by decking as well as a covered area just behind the lounge chairs. A gas grill for preparing the catch of the day is provided for your enjoyment. Lush landscaping and palm trees surround this backyard paradise.

PARKING: This home has a parking spot for one vehicle.

LOCATION: This home is in the Casa Marina district, a quiet upscale neighborhood known for majestic landscapes and privacy. You wouldn’t know you are just minutes from restaurants, shops, and galleries on or near Duval Street.
