Esta renovación es un magnífico 4BR 4 baño completo y 2 casa adosada de medio baño. Es único en que tiene 2 de todo, 2 cocinas, 2 salas de estar, 2 comedores y patios traseros. Dos de los dormitorios tienen camas queen size, dos dormitorios tienen 2 camas individuales o rey y hay 2 sofás-cama. La piscina de la comunidad es sólo por su puerta trasera.

Best Place to Stay on the Key!

This was a four-sister plus families reunion. We do it almost every year. My sisters agreed—this stay cannot be topped! The Truman Annex is close to everything, whether walking, golf cart, or rental car. Four bedrooms allowed everyone “private time.” Pool, patios, well-stocked @nd equipped kitchens were icing on the cake!

Excellent Property & Location

This is an excellent property and location for a family trip to Key West. We traveled with my wife, adults son, his girlfriend and our teenage daughter. There was lots of room for everyone. Everyone had their own bathroom as well. This property is very close to the property are grocery and liquor stores as well as the Green Parrot bar. We Cycle is just down the block and rents bikes for $10.00 per day and will deliver to the property. The WiFi is super fast. We conducted a speed test and it was running at +200 MBPS.

The perfect rental spot!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a group of seven adults staying in the unit and it was perfect for our needs. It’s actually two townhomes that are connected so there is two of everything which worked out great for us. We didn’t feel like we were in top of each other. The location couldn’t be any better!! You are close to everything. Only two blocks off of Duval and very close to Fort Zachary beach. And the pool is right out your back door!! I definitely would rent this place again.

Waited a year and so disappointed

Would NOT recommend to family or friends. The single beds were tiny and not conducive for adults. My adult children were actually saying they didn't fit in their beds. I switched beds with them and found them to beyond uncomfortable. Hard as a rock Needless to say, lots of body aches in the morning. The room would be great for toddlers with small suitcases. The duplexes were immaculate. The location was great. Interesting to read on the Compass Realty flyer that I would have saved $$$$$$ if I booked with them directly next time. This was disappointing as well . Truly not the experience I expected for my family considering the cost of the rental.

We entered to a very clean, well kept unit and had no issues with Compass or the units during our stay. The location is PERFECT for going to the beach, Malory Square, Duval or Southernmost Point. If I had two comments for the property keeper would be to fix some of the knobs on the doors on the inside and add some landscape rocks to the backyard to cover the dirt areas. But nothing that would warrant a negative review of the place.

We had a party of 10 people and the unit was the perfect size to stay together and also to give some space apart if needed . Beautifully cleaned and centrally located..just a short bike ride to the beach and for those who like a pool instead, the pool was right outside the patio fence. I am definitely booking this same location and rental company for 2023!!

I would definitely use these units again. One of the couples that was with us said she loved it and would be bringing her family in the future. Oh, the only complaint from one of the friends that came said the coverted king/twin beds could use a good bed topper. Thank you for being awesome. See you in the future.

Fantastic Place

The entire setup of this duplex was perfect for us. We had our adult children in one half, and my wife and I with our dear friends in the other half. The best of both worlds. The place was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. It was wonderful that Compass put together the twins to form a King as advertised. They were still very comfy. Everything you could need was in the kitchens. The pool was also a very nice addition, being very close to the units but far enough away as well. The location of these units is also perfect. It is a quiet location, but you only have to walk 5 minutes to jump into the crazy fun of Duval St - again, best of both worlds - rest when you want rest - party when you want party. It seems like everything was within 5-15 minut walk. One tip: Go to the Lost and Found Restaurant (2 minutes from units) on Tuesday night for dinner - $10 Tacos/Wraps/Burgers - they were all fantastic.

Booked this rental thru the pictures on the web and I have to say the pictures were exactly like the property! The ease of check in and having Compass Realty respond to my inquiries quickly was outstanding! My family loved the property and the location and if I knew where I was going to be in a year I would have already reserved for next year!

Perfect location

We were looking for a place to stay while in Key West that was within walking distance to entertainment and attractions since we weren’t planning to rent a car. This condo, located on Southhard St., in the Truman Annex was perfect.

Beautiful property and location!

We had a great stay! Would stay again. The location is fantastic! There was plenty of room. The property management company responded quickly in bringing a grill that was advertised and not there. The only draw back is the check-in process because you have to go to their offices for the key...rather than having a lock box at the door or a door with a key code.
