The space
Our home is beautifully decorated and perfectly clean for your next stay in Greeley! The Glenmere Cottage is a two bedroom, one bathroom house with a private entrance, patio, and front yard for enjoying the gorgeous Colorado evenings around the fire pit. All major appliances throughout the house make staying here incredibly comfortable for your visit!

LIVING ROOM:
Enjoy the 55” 4K Roku Smart TV with built-in Wi-Fi so you can pick up streaming your favorite shows where you left off at home! There is also a queen-sized pull out sofa with a comfortable memory foam mattress if you need the additional sleeping space. We also have plenty of board games for your enjoyment.

KITCHEN:
Take a step back and enjoy a night in where cooking can be done with ease! You won’t be disappointed. Cook your favorite meal in the fully loaded kitchen. We are well stocked with a wide variety of pots, pans, spices, and cooking utensils. Enjoy a family-style meal at the dinner table ready for take out or any meal! Enjoy delicious coffee with creamer from our Keurig in the morning to start your day off right!

BEDROOM 1:
This room has an ultra comfortable Queen mattress with high quality bedding. We also provide a pack n play and a highchair for the little one. An Ironing board and iron is also provided to keep you looking sharp!

BEDROOM 2:
This bedroom features a super comfortable queen-sized mattress with high quality bedding, and gorgeous mountain and National Park décor.

BATHROOM:
The main bathroom features a bathtub with tile shower, quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Enjoy complimentary hand-soap, lotion, feminine products, and make-up removal wipes. We also have a hair dryer, first aid kit, and extra toilet paper.

YARD:
Fire up the grill and grab some beers as you watch the sunset. Enjoy drinks or dinner as you head to our large picnic table with comfortable seating on the newer concrete slab right out the front door. For additional relaxation and comfort, head to the propane burning fire pit surrounded with Adirondack chairs and beautiful full grown trees. Cook some s’mores and enjoy time with your friends and family.

You have access to the entire main level of the house. Our home is set up as an upstairs/downstairs duplex. Each floor has a private entrance and yard. Enjoy the free street parking and front yard amenities.
Other things to note
Our house is set up like a duplex and there is no connection between the two homes. You have a private entrance and street parking.

We live downstairs with our two dogs. They use the backyard, and are extremely friendly.
