Escape to a marvelous 2-bedroom apartment in Windsor. This cozy retreat features one king and one queen bed, perfect for a small group of guests. Amenities include WiFi, central heat/AC, washer/ dryer, fully stocked kitchen, outside deck. Your stay will be both comfortable and convenient. The apartment is located in Old Town Windsor with Windsor Lake one block away. Windsor Lake provides many entertainment opportunities such as 3 mile walking, biking, roller blading year round. Weather permitting other activities include playground, swim beach, some water sports, music, and great 4th of July celebration. There are many restaurants and shopping boutiques within walking distance. In addition there are sporting event fields and golf courses within 5 min of the apartment. Our place will help you feel at home while visiting, traveling, or working in Northern Colorado.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
In the warmer temps, turn A/C to 72°. In the cooler months turn heater to 65°
Please do not remove bedding. I do a thorough check for spots in case I need to treat.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Any undisclosed pets or smoking will result in a minimum $250 extra cleaning fee.
If you would like an earlier check-in or late check-out, please reach out in advance. At times I am able to accomodate, depending on scheduling.

Great place to visit

We stayed for 4 nights and this is a great location in Windsor. 1 block from the lake and walk to restaurants and bars. 1 hr from Denver and Boulder if you’re heading that direction. We were there for our daughter’s graduation from CSU and it was the perfect location

This was my second time staying here. Cynthia is an attentive, welcoming host. Everything is thought of and addressed. Kitchen is well stocked....including coffee needs. Bed is very comfortable. Good shower. The location is great - right in the middle of downtown Windsor - walking to great shops, restaurants, and the lake/pavilion area.

An older apartment that has been completely remodeled and beautifully furnished and decorated. Handy to downtown businesses and the lake, very nice neighborhood for shady walks. There is traffic noise during the day but it's quiet at night.

My son locked our bedroom door and we were locked out at 11:30 12 o’clock at night called the hostess and she came out of her night and came around to a 20 minute driving and opened it for us and we think you’re very polite and kind for that. Thank you

Our property is unique because it is centrally located to so many great things to do and see. If anyone is in the medical field we are smack in the middle of multiple medical facilities. If sports is your focus this is a great place to stay while participating or watching competitive games.
If education is your goal, there are two excellent Jr colleges and two superior Universities close by.
