The community provides private access to two pools and tennis courts. Freshly painted with new carpet in the bedrooms and tile throughout the remainder of the house. Recently upgraded furnishings throughout. Well stocked open kitchen with pantry and large laundry room. View of the gulf from front covered porch, living room and kitchen. King bed in master, queen in second bedroom and twin beds in third bedroom, each providing a new LED flat screen television. A sleeper sofa in the living room accommodates two additional guests. Cable and free wireless access are provided. A maximum of two (2) dogs are allowed with owner approval at no additional cost. If damages are caused by the pet, the cost of the damage may be deducted from damage deposit.

About Haley McCraney
Growing up in northern Mississippi, annual family vacations were to the sugar white beaches of the Gulf Coast! As an adult with my own family, the traditional continued with summer vacations in the area. In 2008, my parents purchased a home in Fort Morgan and I visited their new beach home. This was only the beginning of my love for this 'old-school' beach destination. My aunt and uncle purchased a home just houses down from my parents in 2010, and after several years of semi-annual visits, I decided to join the family club by purchasing Seascape in February, 2013. I enjoy walking and biking along the lazy beach road each morning while enjoying the view and waving to the friendly faces along my way. A special place to spend time with family and friends!

House is a very quick walk to the beach and had all the ammenties we needed. Haley the owner was easy to communicate with and always responded promptly.

We stayed at Sea Scape during September, 2018. The house is two houses down from the pool and a 3-5 minute walk to the beach! The house was clean, decorated nicely, had everything you could need for your stay including some beach goodies! Haley was awesome to work with and very accommodating! Plus you can bring your fur babies which is great! We will be back to Sea Scape! Can’t wait! Thanks again Haley!

The family enjoyed our stay. The location was very close to the pool, and a very short walk to the beach. The cart, boogie boards and chairs were provided and saved us from having to pack our own.

It was perfect great for a group very roomy inside. Very clean and comfortable and a nice walk to the beach it was a wonderful I highly recommend it to anyone going down to the Gulf. And loved Fort Morgan

All reservations are taken on a first come first serve basis. Reservations/Bookings are not secured until the deposit is received. Cancellation 30 days prior to reservation fully refundable less any applicable credit card processing fees. 25% of reservation total due at booking; 75% or balance due in full 30 days prior to arrival. Minimum age limit for renters of twenty-five (25). Non-Smoking property. Monthly winter rates shown include utilities. Storms: If there are storms during your stay, no refunds will be given unless a "mandatory evacuation order” has been given for a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" for the area of the residence of the vacationing guest. The day that the authorities order a “mandatory evacuation order” in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning” for the area of the guest residence, we will refund: (a) Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered; (b) Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning is lifted; and (c) Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" period.
