Our host Rick was great- very communicative and responsive. The home was clean and centrally located. The pictures on the website matched the house so no surprises. Well stocked kitchen amenities. Plenty of towels. Everything worked.

Home is spacious and clean. It accommodated our group well. It's located near most attractions in the area. New cookware is needed, as well as some repairs. Overall, it worked for what our group needed.

Home was comfortable for our family of 6. Nice to have TV in each bedroom too. Bunks were great for the boys. Beds comfortable and nice towels. We enjoyed our visit to Page AZ

Such a great, central location!

We had a great time. The house was spacious. It was centrally located so we could do the Antelope Canyon, raft the Horseshoe Bend and then drive to the Grand Canyon and back. Walmart and restaurants were nearby too, so we had everything we needed!

Great Experience Overall

Property was clean and nice, but it looked like it needed some repairs in a few places. Namely the gate needing a new lock and a couple of the rungs on the front patio. Location isn't bad and is walking distance from a good couple of restaurants. Amenities were nice.

Family of 9 had a great time, parked with our boat in the RV parking, that was perfect, best house in the neighborhood. Everything we needed was there, plety of towels, the AC was working great, great place for the summer. We cooked in kitchen, this place has everthing. The refrigerater

Family trip

There was plenty of room for everyone. We didn’t realize that the home was in a mobile home area, but that’s what most of Page has to offer. Great location as far as proximity to Horse Shoe Bend and Glen Canyon activities. Page is a small, quaint town with amazing views.

It was easy to locate and easy travels to local establishments. We felt safe and comfortable with the location. The living space was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. It accommodated our 6 family members well. We were fortunate to be there during the Balloon Regatta event! Our main suggestion for the property is that the window coverings/blinds need to be replaced in the middle bedroom and fixed in the dining area.

Terrible Communication to the point of being offensive.

We were looking forward to our visit, but my husbands mother had a serious stroke the day before our arrival date. When it was clear we weren't going to make it, I sent a message to the owner about what happened, asked them to consider a refund, but no worries if not, we just needed a statement of no refund for the travel insurance process. No reply. Then the next day, I start getting texts from the property owner asking how we were enjoying our stay. Replied back that we were not there and to please check our VRBO messages. Then a text stating they hoped we enjoyed our stay and that they hoped we would leave a good review. Good luck if you stay there and have any problems, because this inattentive, unresponsive host will not bother to check your messages let alone try to help with the issue.

Host communication on the front end was great. Not apparent in the ad or photos is that the property is located in a trailer community (not a trailer park exactly). Lots of neighbors have many cars, 5th wheels, work trailers parked everywhere. There is an ally behind the unit and the next door neighbor has razor wire above the fence bordering that ally - gave us an uneasy feeling. A little uneasy walking at night. Having said that, we had no problems with anyone. Property is itself a modular home. It was clean and tidy. It has issues that the owner appears to be in the process of repairing - flooring moves, ceiling cracked many places in the house. Kitchen was well appointed and clean. Water pressure may be the best I have ever experienced. Overall we had a good experience after we adjusted and got comfortable with the location.
