Deze schilderachtige, gerestaureerde boerderij uit 1920 is ideaal gelegen in het centrum van Boone. Deze stad in North Carolina is de thuisbasis van de Appalachian State University, op minder dan ½ mijl van het huis.

Loop maar een paar minuten en je bent op de campus! Bekijk de universiteitsboekwinkel, ontspan in de parken of maak een wandeling langs Kraut Creek. Stap de voordeur uit en je bent op King Street en in het hart van het centrum van Boone! Dit huis beschikt over 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers, een wasmachine / droger, vaatwasser en prachtige hardhouten vloeren. Dit huis is geschikt voor maximaal zes personen.

Location, location, location is everything for this property. Great space and central to all things Boone. Could stand for a bit of freshening of outdated furniture and better quality bathroom products, but overall it is an awesome property.

This was our 2nd time staying at White Fence Farm and loved it. Very comfortable home close to downtown and App State. It is furnished with everything we needed for our stay. We have already booked an overnight stay within the next few months to visit with our student at App State.

Wonderful home in great location

We were really comfortable in this clean, well apportioned and cared for home, within easy walking distance of everything on King Street. Denise was very responsive and helpful. The cozy home had everything we needed including toilet paper, linens, hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, all the dishes we needed to cook family dinner, great wifi and smart TVs. We highly recommend this property!

New Student Orientation

White Fence Farm was perfect for our stay! Plenty of room for the 4 of us and close enough to campus to walk to orientation (8 minutes). The location is perfect! We walked to dinner (The Local), shopped a little and grabbed some ice cream on our walk back to the house. Easy check-in, good communication and overall a great experience.

Perfect weekend getaway

The property was very clean and exactly as described. Being close to downtown made walking to Mast, Boone Bagelry, and our favorite local restaurants a breeze. A huge plus is how wonderful the pillows were, no need to bring your own when staying at this property!

We purchased this property because it is located in central downtown Boone, right on King Street. White Fence Farm Downtown is the perfect place to call home while you're visiting the high country!

For a special night out, stop into one of the many amazing restaurants and bars just minutes from the home, including Boone Saloon, Melanie's, Wild Craft Eatery, Our Daily Bread, Proper or Lost Province Brewing Co. EarthFare is just across the street, where you can shop for organic produce or fix up lunch at the hot food and salad bar.

Appalachian Ski Mountain is roughly 5 miles away, as is the Tweetsie Railroad and High Gravity Adventures Zip Line & Aerial Park. Spend days shredding the slopes or gliding through the forest trees while suspended in air!
