This beautiful home has it all and more. Easy access to I-30 and close to restaurants and shopping. This is a stand alone home in a quiet neighborhood with a nice deck and large backyard with privacy fence, nice sun room off main bedroom to enjoy as an extra living space. Fully stocked coffee bar, designer sheets and towels with hotel amenities. You could not ask for any more. Simply a wonderful place to stay.

Great stay for my family during nearby graduation ceremonies- would come back in a heartbeat! The space was clean, well-stocked, and exactly as described. Great location, easy check-in, and the host, Tonya, was super responsive. It really had that “home away from home” feel.One tiny thing: the bed pillows are flatter than we prefer so if you’re particular about your sleep setup, bring your own. Totally minor, but worth a heads-up. Otherwise, this is a 10/10 stay — highly recommend!

This was an overnight stop as part of the last leg of a 4,600 mile 10 day road trip. Needless to say when we arrived at 10 pm, we were ready for a relaxing space, room to “unpeople” a bit, showers, and comfy beds. This little home did not disappoint.Nice neighborhood, great host, and everything we needed right there. Perfect spot. Thank you so much for sharing this charming little spot with us.

This home had everything we needed. Traveling with a toddler is always chaotic but this home had a portable crib which made bed time so much easier. This home is located perfectly close to any stores or restaurants you could possibly want. The record player next to the master bedroom was a nice touch! If we are in Arkansas again we will definitely be staying here.

Host is amazing she responds very quickly and works quickly to solve issues.I have stayed here before approximately 5 years ago and everything was amazing. This time her cleaning person did not do their job. Flies, bugs hanging from fan in front room. Cupboards were messy and sugar spilled in one by stove. Clothes were left in washer and dryer. Very little toilet paper was left in one of the bathrooms. Cleaning lady left key to cupboard in the door so I was able to access toilet paper, Kleenex, and shampoo that was needed. There was no laundry soap so I was not able to do any of my laundry as planned. Bathroom was dirty and very dusty around tub. 1st room closet had pillows in closet that had dirt plus dust on them. Other bedrooms were fine. Dishwasher needs attention it works fine but not installed properly. Kitchen was not stocked as it was when there before. Garbage cans for bathrooms and can opener were dropped off by host 1st night after I text. Suggestions a lamp in living room and master bedroom needs an extension cord to dresser so phone could be plugged in and next to you in bed.I would return and stay here again. I have 0 complaints with host on communication and working to solve issues and believe she will resolve this immediately.Brenda Monfils

Great house!

My coworker and I booked this house for a Public School conference. It was such a nice comfortable house, in a safe neighborhood. The house was so well stocked! The owner thought of everything! We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything You Need

The house was in a great location for us. We stayed a week and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. Everything was clean and the beds and sofa were comfortable which was great! Would definitely stay here again.

Simple, Clean, and Convenient A+++

Host was very attentive and helped me with check in remotely. Property was clean and had tons of amenities -- so extremely convenient to have extra blankets, any and all coffee supplies, and even Styrofoam plates and cups to minimize dishwashing. Everything was very clean and we really enjoyed ourselves. Would definitely stay here again!

My passion to host others has always been close to my heart. I love it when my guest are blown away with the extras they always find when they stay at one of my properties.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is one of my favorites ones in Benton, it is quite, charming and welcoming. The neighbors are all fantastic and friendly. The only folks that use this street are the ones that live on it.

What makes this property unique

I love my property because it is open to the kitchen, has a double French doors off the kitchen onto a private patio area. It also has a nice sun room off the master bedroom where you can relax away from the rest of your group and lesion to some vinyl records and drink coffee. It also has a walk in closet in master with a private on suite. I also love that it has a separate laundry room where guest can catch up on their laundry. My favorite would have to be the kitchen with the gas range and and fully stocked utensils fit for any chef.
