Easy access to both I-430 (5 miles) and I-30 (2 miles). House is in quite subdivision and located at the end of a cul-de-sac with a large fenced backyard including a firepit, firewood, and chairs.

This house is also our home in central Arkansas, and we’re lucky to have it close to family we love spending time with. When we’re not here ourselves, we enjoy sharing it with guests who are visiting the area. We take pride in creating a comfortable, clean, and welcoming space. Being a host allows us to keep the home well cared for while offering others a relaxing, convenient base to enjoy central Arkansas, whether you’re here for family, work, or a quick getaway.

Our neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and very convenient; tucked away just enough to feel residential, but perfectly positioned for getting around Central Arkansas with ease. We’re minutes from both Pulaski County and Saline County destinations, which makes it simple to reach shopping, dining, medical facilities, and family-friendly activities in either direction.
What we enjoy most is how accessible everything is without the noise and congestion of being right on a main road. Being just a few minutes from I-30 and I-430 means you can be on your way quickly, whether you’re commuting, visiting Little Rock, heading to Bryant or Benton, or exploring the area.
