Welcome to our spacious 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house in the charming town of Riverside, Missouri! Beautiful kitchen and living areas with reading nook. Enjoy a finished basement with games, dart board, corn hole, a sleeper sofa, and an outdoor patio set with a grill—quick access to downtown KC and 15 mins from KCI Airport. Explore nearby attractions like North KC/Chicken & Pickle, Briarcliff, Parkville, and Power & Light District. Perfect for family, friends, or business stays.

This spacious house is the perfect place to gather with friends and family. With four bedrooms, two king beds, a queen bed, a full bed, and a sleeper sofa, everyone has plenty of room to stay comfortably. And with plenty of parking, you won't have to worry about where to put your car.

The main floor is home to a large living room, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The basement is the perfect playroom or place to relax, read, watch a movie, or play board games, darts, or cornhole. The laundry is also located on the main floor for your convenience.

It has a secluded backyard with views of the surrounding woods and a hot tub!

This property was perfect for 4 women travelers. The house was roomy, yet had a cozy feel. There were plenty of spaces where we could sit and visit, including a large deck. We liked the idea of having our own bedroom. There were all the amenities we needed, including a mini Keurig and coffee pods .

The house is quant and had everything we needed. It was great to have the hot tub available and other entertainments! Very nicely located with easy access to everything but not in a busy location. Beds were comfortable, decor was very nice, well stocked. Overall a great stay!

Great location in the KC northland with easy access to downtown, the airport, and other attractions. Held 3 generations plus pups visiting KC for thanksgiving. Host was responsive and friendly with timely communication and easy check-in.

We had a great time hanging around the house and in the hot tub. The house is nice but older and I think the back part of the house had been an addition at one point? The floor was very off balance, sloping downward and messed with my vertigo quite a bit as I was not expecting it. We didn't spend much time in the game room in the basement as the air-conditioning had condensation that had dripped onto the couch and floor. It was very musty. The AC was awesome and the property is located close to a walking path that was really pretty. Overall it was a great stay! Thank you!

Enjoyed our stay, great location

Very nice home in a great location. Home is also well stocked with amenities. My kids loved the basement area with the included games. Neighborhood is very quiet, perfect for my family.

Quiet and roomy

Very quiet and close to a cute little “mountain” style town! House slept 10 perfectly and had everything we needed! Hot tub was great after a long day of walking! Would stay here again!

The house itself is a little dated, but the amenities were great. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. The kitchen cookware and utensils were stocked better than any other place I’ve stayed. It worked out great for our group of 4 on a worker trip, as we each had our own space and bedroom.

Comfy beds, spotlessly clean, adorable decorations, nice bedding, quiet neighborhood, good towels, secluded yard, and well stocked kitchen. It all felt thoughtful and intentional for guests. We enjoyed the cornhole game, the hot tub, looking through the books, and sitting on the deck. We would stay here again. Highly recommended!

Great Experience

Perfect location, Great house

The house was just as described and the host, Daniel was great. Location was perfect. We were able to get to all areas of KC with ease. Basement was a great place to watch football. Would definitely stay again.
