Beautiful downstairs flat, fully renovated with a stocked kitchen and new appliances. Plenty of parking, comfortable beds, and the layout was perfect for a family. Owner was gracious and accommodating as we booked last minute. Great location relative to GP Park and downtown. Highly recommend!

The space was lovely, and beds were very comfortable. The large dining room table was great for playing games, and the couch space in the living room was great for family tv viewing. We loved that we could walk out to interesting restaurants and shops. The French bakery is amazing.

My wife and I used this as a weekend getaway. House was comfortable for the two of us. Property manager was quick to respond and information provided was accurate. There were two minor issues, though not enough for me to give low stars. First, there were scuff marks on the walls from previous renters. Second, my wife thought the bed was too stiff, I thought it was fine.This house was in close proximity to the activities we had planned, 15-20 minute drive. When we arrived we found multiple shops located just around the corner.Check in and check out process were easy and instructions were clear.

I was really impressed with the space-- they did a great job renovating it. It's in a neighborhood with restaurants, bars, a market, and shops in walking distance. Everything we needed was there. Top property!

Lovely Grosse Pointes in Fall.

Definitely worth the cost. Nice, clean, with everything we needed. Neighborhood cute and felt safe, if a little rough around the edges. Good communication with Neevel. Good litle party story nearby and other small businesses. Lovely walking and driving thru Gthe Grosse Pointes this time of year green lawns and trees showing their colors, pretty homes.time of year. Lovely

Place was totally spotless. I gave an overall of 3 stars rating because the noise from the people upstairs was pretty loud. Parking totally looked shady. When first arriving, there was no room where they told us to park. Two rundown cars where there.
