Great February vacation!

Stacie was great to communicate. Her home was great for a family. It was well equipped and has lots of nice touches. It was a quick drive to Sunday River each day to ski.

Great family ski house setup

Our family of 5 loved our stay here! Room/bed situation was perfect, cozy living room and a great outdoor deck and hot tub! Stacie was quick and helpful when we had any questions. Highly recommend.

Great family house down the road from Sunday River

Fantastic stay. House was conveniently located right down the road from Sunday River. Kitchen was well stocked which we appreciated as we cooked dinner and breakfast most days. Lots of books and games to relax with after skiing. Basement rec room provided a great space for the kids. Hot tub was enjoyed by all! Stacie, the owner, was super communicative.

Great weekend

This was an awesome weekend with my spouse. It was a little far away from the white mountains but i also liked that it was so secluded. We definitely enjoyed having the time to ourselves, especially being able to sit in the hot tub after a long day of hiking. enjoy

Stacie was a wonderful host. She responded promptly and was very accommodating. We had a wonderful time skiing and the house was just as advertised no surprises, clean as can be, very well maintained and appointed. Kitchen supplies, pots and pans, spices, glasses, even great knives, great coffee pot as well. Hot tub was also great. We were 6 guys and we all had comfortable rooms and beds. Great place to stay!

We just love our home in Maine! We bought the house in 2008 when our 2 boys were just 7 and 10. Juggling hockey, basketball, and Boy Scouts, we managed to ski most weekends and school vacations. Our kids know Sunday River like the back of the hands. Our younger son was a ski instructor there during his junior year. We drove up from Mass. every weekend no matter what! We have great family memories. There is nothing better than meeting throughout the day to share ski stories. Back at the house, we'd enjoy apres ski snacks like fondue, nachos, and buffalo wings.
We love the summer and fall there too! The golf course is glorious. Grafton Notch is just 7 miles away.
Our kids are all grown up now and we are no longer stuck to school vacations. Our older son lives in Boston and skis almost every weekend. Our youngest took his love of skiing and moved to Colorado.

Why they chose this property

Our home is just about a half mile from South Ridge, the main lodge of Sunday River and it's about 2 miles to Jordan. Jordan has a new 8-person lift and has added parking. The Sunday River Golf Club is close too! We have an acre of land, a quiet street, and the all-important flat driveway.

What makes this property unique

It is a truly homey and comfortable home. It has a wood burning fireplace, new hot tub, and 4 TV's. The kitchen has been recently remodeled and both bathrooms have been updated.
