Anniversary getaway

My husband and I have rented properties for many years. This house was by far the best place we have rented. We had a welcome basket with lots of snacks and cocktail ready to mix, everything we needed for a relaxing week. The amenities were above anything we have experienced, and Jillian was very responsive if we had any questions. We would highly recommend this property to everyone!

We are your hosts Rocco and Jillian Boulay. We live in Manchester, NH with our playful Boston Terrier Bubby. We own and operate Health Coaching Centers in NH and also developed RAMP a unique exercise prescription technology that is found in Health Clubs around the country.

We enjoy the conveniences of city life but always look forward to getting away from all the noise, that’s what brought us to Bethel.

This house is our third home built together in Bethel. We are happy with how it all turned out and excited to share this relaxing retreat with others.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Our house sits on just over 2 acres of land with a large backyard and sun filled deck and distant mountain views. Situated in the quiet Winter Park Development, our property provides the best of everything in the Bethel/Newry area. Just a short ride to the quaint downtown Bethel shops and restaurants, we are a 15 min drive to the base on Sunday River and Mount Abram ski areas and just 20 minutes from downtown Gorham, NH with more shops and restaurants.
Our community is located off Flat Road an awesome quiet stretch of road for long walks or cycling. We are close several hiking trails from beginner to advanced, and a public boat launches for kayaking, canoeing or fishing.
The beauty and stillness of nature is felt from the moment you arrive. Whether you want to relax and rejuvenate or adventure and thrill seek, its all just a few steps away!

この宿泊施設の特徴

Jillian's background in Hospitality Management offers a home with incredible thought and care to cleanliness, detail, comfort, functionality and amenities.
