Relaxing and cozy

We really liked the house and the outdoor area. Plenty of things to do inside and out. Fun to watch the fish jump and the squirrels play.

Awesome home!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was well stocked and close to shopping if we needed anything else. It was absolutely beautiful! The kids loved the rope swing and all the paddle boards/kayaks! They spent almost the entire time in the water! It was awesome, we will definitely be back!

Happy Thanksgiving

What a nice place to celebrate Thanksgiving together with our family. Loved paddle boarding/kayaking up the river and explore the beautiful nature and seeing the manatee peacefully gliding through the water. Loved that the living area was upstairs so we could relax with our little ones. Spend hours on the bottom of the house and enjoyed the kids enjoying the little scooters and games. Thank you, Ashley for letting us rent your place.

Home away from home

The pictures don't do this place justice. It is so beautiful and so many things to do at the property. We enjoyed kayaking, swimming, fishing and seeing manatees right from the dock. The screened in area was a great place we loved having lunch and dinners in without having to worry about flies or mosquitoes. Inside there was plenty of room for everyone! There were games and movies provided along with a list of different restaurants and activities for us to enjoy. It was close to everything, and offered everything we were wanting and then some. Will definitely be back!

Wish we could have stayed longer!! The Seahorse River House was an absolute hit with us and our kids (ages 5-9). We stayed for a weekend to paddle Weeki Wachee, and this was perfect for that trip. The property has an amazing selection of kayaks, SUPs, floats, paddles, vests, everything you need. Access from the backyard dock was seamless. We spotted a dolphin while out in the river just outside the neighborhood! The house itself is beautiful and comfortable—foosball table, lots of games that were great to play with the kids, very cute outdoor space. The kitchen is well stocked, we made breakfast and lunch and everything we needed was there. Our 5 year old wanted to move in. We will absolutely be back.
