Welcome to Deja Blue River Beach House, a private luxury oasis on the serene Weeki Wachee River. Designed with families in mind, this peaceful retreat features a private river beach, calm canal setting with no rear neighbors, and plenty of space to relax, play, and reconnect. Spend your days kayaking crystal-clear waters and your evenings unwinding together in comfort, surrounded by nature and unforgettable riverfront views.

This beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. The open-plan living area features a cozy living room with a large sofa and HDTV, flowing seamlessly into a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a dining area for four.

• Bedroom 1: Features a comfortable King-sized bed and an attached private bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: Includes a Queen-sized bed plus a Twin trundle bed.
• Florida Room: An air-conditioned sunroom with a Futon and a convertible bean bag chair provides additional sleeping space and a place for games.

Kayaks and all Kayak equipment, paddles, etc are to be returned in the same condition. Any lost or broken items is guest responsibility to replace.
No more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any time (6) a violation could lead to the immediate cancellation of reservation.
Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be documented with photos.
