Luxurious rental in Dallas. Everything in this designer home is brand new and top of the line. Amenities include; high-end kitchen, home office, patio with pergola cover, outdoor patio with seating and a firepit, and outdoor grill.

The Space:

The front door opens up into an open concept living, dining, and kitchen. Living room has an electric fireplace. Home consists of the master ensuite (king bed) and private bath, guest suite #1 (queen bed) w/ full bathroom and guest bedroom #2 (queen bed). Home office is adjacent to the kitchen and leads to the backyard.

This was an incredible Vrbo to stay in! Close to the Lovefield, close to the SMU’s campus, neighborhood was quiet, and the Vrbo had everything we needed. Would highly recommend staying here!

My buddies and I were in town for our annual college football trip. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The location was perfect for getting to and from the game and was located conveniently near many attractions. We would absolutely stay here again.

Moving trip

We helped our son and his wife move here from Arizona to attend UT Southwestern. This was a perfect location and retreat to stay at after very busy days. The house was very clean and well kept!

Beautiful home and sweet back yard. Location was perfect for our stay. There were numerous jet overflights, but noise was minimal inside and not bothersome outside.Private ideas to improve for the owners, DO NOT publish: Backyard pecan tree by the fence has a widowmaker limb hanging over the yard that needs pruning. Front door window could use a blind for privacy. Hard-to-see half steps to back room could use edge highlight for safety for old folks like us.
