The primary bedroom includes a king bed, en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub, and direct access to the pool area. The two additional bedrooms, both with queen beds, share a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a dual coffee system, Airfryer, and a double-door fridge. A dining area for 6 and 4 additional stools at the quartz waterfall island provide ample space for meals and entertaining.

The Game Room features a card table, Foosball, and a wet bar, with exercise equipment like free weights and yoga mats for your convenience. The room opens to the inviting outdoor space, perfect for enjoying the Florida weather.

- The garage may have the owner's vehicle parked, but guests can access it for laundry and cleaning supplies.
