Newly Renovated Modern Farmhouse Style Close to the Heart of Fort Worth

You are minutes away from Dallas Cowboys AT&T Stadium, Texas Rangers Stadium, TCU, the Fort Worth Stockyards, Billy Bob's, Downtown FW, Rodeo, Will Rogers, Dickies Arena, Arlington Highlands, restaurants, supermarkets, malls, etc. This beautiful home is perfect for groups or families. It has large flat screens throughout the house. It is 2400 sq. ft. and open concept with a fully functional kitchen, 2 car garage and a private yard and patio area. Ultra High Speed Wi-Fi & Spectrum Cable TV!
We have 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have their own private full bathroom. The primary bedroom has a king bed, Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower and private toilet room. The other 3 guest bedrooms respectively have a queen, a full and a full over full bunk bed. We also have a sun room that has a sofa and loveseat and plenty of room for the queen air mattress in case more sleeping space is needed. The sun room has a 65" TV on the wall that is perfect to watch the game. The office is great to catch up on work, but it has a full size futon in case more sleeping space is needed.

The full sized kitchen has a side by side fridge, double oven, a range, dishes, flatware, coffee maker (pods and/or a carafe), toaster, blender, etc. The laundry room has an oversized top-load washer and dryer. We have a charcoal Weber grill on the patio. The oversized garage can easily house two pick-up trucks. The private driveway is also long enough for 8 more vehicles. The home is in a very established neighborhood in Fort Worth with security cameras covering every inch of the exterior of the property. Your safety and security is our highest priority. We also have plenty of towels and sheets on site. The home is practically new and has it all!

The house was very tidy. Every room but one had a ensuite. The house is well appointed and has lots of space. Everything worked well. The only complaint which was from every guest was that the beds were very hard and were spring mattresses.

This was our second time renting this home which works perfectly for our group. The location, size and safety are our top reasons for renting this property again and plan to in the future. There is a large driveway to park vehicles within a fenced area.

The host welcomed us with an informative letter on the kitchen counter that answered many basic questions.The interior of the home is spacious & conducive for extended family gatherings. With 4 1/2 bathrooms, every family had their own. No sharing required! Beside the 4 bedrooms, there were 2 additional room that had either a futon twin bed or a roll away twin bed.

We had a wonderful time staying at Sam’s vrbo. It was the perfect size for our multi generational family. Everyone had their own bed AND bathroom. It was amazing! Everyone kept saying how this was their favorite vrbo they have stayed in and I do agree. Sam and the property manager were easily available if needed. We were going to grill but couldn’t find a lighter. The property manager went out of his way to purchase one for us. When we booked this vrbo we didn’t have anyone that was in a wheelchair. Recently my grandma has been using a wheelchair while she heals. Luckily, the vrbo was big enough to maneuver around. Huge plus!

Let me start off by saying, the house is gorgeous. So much open space and seating. Four bedrooms and FIVE bathrooms?? All I want is a copy of the blueprints for this place and build me this exact same house in my hometown. It’s fantastic. There’s tvs in every room of the place and the property manager was so kind! My brother and his family wanted to stop by (after me bragging about the place!) and they were equally astonished by how beautiful and welcoming the whole place is. Truly, if you’re looking for a place to stay in Fort Worth, this is it. This place was so nice, I’m actually leaving a review. 11/10.

Sam was a great host and Roy was a wonderful property manager. They both provided quick responses. The house was clean and very spacious. The house was very secure with cameras and a large gate. The two car garage was a huge plus. The house was only a quick 15 minute drive to many of our favorite places in Fort Worth.

Spacious house for large families

The home was beautiful and very spacious and clean. Kitchen is nice and there were some staples left in the pantry. The beds were a little firm for us. Beautiful fenced front yard was great for our dogs. Fence on side between neighbors had missing pickets and was broken, so we couldn’t let our dogs out in the backyard. Huge driveway in the back allowed us to park all our cars in back and close the gate. Neighborhood was a little sketchy but we felt safe.
