Thank you for your review. The pool maintenance crew comes in every Tuesday to clean the pool, the leaves in the pool is due to the time of the year. We look forward to hosting you again at Fortune House.

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We are very sorry to hear that you felt uncomfortable during your stay, and we take all reports of potential issues seriously. We would like to clarify a few important details regarding the situation. We were notified of your concerns the day before checkout, and as soon as we received your message we immediately sent our licensed pest-control technician to the property. After a thorough inspection, no evidence of bed bugs or any activity was found. This finding has also been supported by the full documentation we provided to VRBO upon their request. The home is on a consistent, professional pest-control schedule, and no previous or subsequent guests have reported anything similar. The reports are also attached here. We also offered you the option to check out early so we could address the issue immediately, but that option was declined. Had we been informed earlier in your stay, we would have taken the same prompt action to ensure your comfort. We understand that any concern about pests can be distressing, but based on inspections by certified pest control technician, as well as the documentation we provided, there is no indication that the issue you described was present in the home. Thank you again for your feedback. Our priority is always to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for every guest, and we respond quickly whenever concerns are reported.
